TWINS!!!

After a positive reading on the reliable dip stick I called my doctor and I made an appointment for October 6th; which put me at about 8 weeks. (I feel like it is a little early to be making any announcements, but news always travels fast I don't want to offend anyone by not telling them personally.) Anyway, my doctor went through all of the normal procedures and then told me that since it was too early to hear the heartbeat we would do an ultra-sound so that we could see the heartbeat. Well, the ultra-sound tech found two heartbeats... and she went to find my doctor. He did a different type of ultra-sound so that we could get a closer look... and he told me that it is definately twins. They are in the same sac, so they have a really high chance of being identical. This will be the second set of twins for the Cole family, and with the number of grandkids growing rapidly things are really going to be crazy at family gatherings.
