Yeps, this is that Christmas song that Energy, Wilber Pan and Yvonne Hsu was promoting last year. Well it is catchy and energetic, good for listening from time to time, so never got to delete.
Anyways, today is a
very very very very good day!! =D
First and foremost, SA won AJ in the girls' volleyball match!! We are now the champion volleyball (girls) team in Singapore! Whoo Hoo! Haha.. SA spirit is really strong, even Guoxi said that even though the cheering started from one end, it will travel, but for AJ hor, it won't spread. =P Oh well..
Secondly, I met alot of my primary and secondary school friends!! XD So excited =D Let's list them down: Shiling, Yusi, Su Yee, Guoxi, Samuel, Qi Yuan, Kendrick (but never saw me), Zong Hua (never saw me also, but I don't really know him so it's all right), Yong Chuen (also never saw me), May, Calvin Tan, Wei Jiang, Wen Xia, Terence, Yek Wai, Eugene Pang, How Yong, Wei Jia and Boon Han (technically, because saw them from across the hall). Maybe still got some more but I doubt so ba. Hmm.. But never went out with them in the end. All had programmes and I had to accompany Bel around Toa Payoh. But once in a while meet up like that also not bad. Hehes so happy. Yup yup.
Thirdly, my water bottle is found by Amanda. Lucky it didn't get stolen or get taken away. It's the NJ orientation bottle, don't wish to lose it as it contains memories ( though it never was part of any of the orientation but to serve its purpose for my entire time in NJ =) )
Fourthly, found a manga that I wanted to buy. =D Though had to borrow money from Isabel to buy it. Then need to pay through installments. Hehs. Oh well. At least she doesn't mind or else I will have alot of trouble paying. Need pay for the HC funfair tickets, then pay class fund and GP file. -.-" Ever since I came to SA, must pay this and pay that. Lucky is my mom is the domestic finance minister around this home. Dad is the foreign finance minister. Haha.
Fiftly, I've got a personal record high for my 2.4 km =D I ran under 16 minutes. Stopped two times, but only for a hundred meters, speed up at the last round, chiong the last hundred meters and there you get it, my timing. =D Felt so proud of myself even though I stopped. Last time I ran with Jo non-stop. However, the timing was 16 plus minutes. Hmm, maybe I was faster this time around. But felt a bit bad bang sei Liz leh.. =| And now for the first time in four years I finally have a chance in obtaining a gold for my napfa test. =)
Lastly, get to buy Chemistry textbook tomorrow. =) But hor, so heavy leh, then need to bring to NJ concert? Don't want leh. Maybe go poke around Jiaqi's locker, beg her to let me put it there for the weekend. Hmm, good idea. ;)
Tomorrow has Maths Test.. So sian. Never really studied hard for it, 'cause can do most of it liao. Coming to SA, most of the subjects are just revision. But I still slacked alot, and never pay due attention to grasp the new concepts. Like trigometry and whatever small angle that is. Haiz, guess need to do a lot of work le. So tao ran yan lo, this slacker me, I don't like. Discipline, discipline!!

Yes I know I should go do my work. Yes I know I should at least be studying. Yes I know I should be at least doing my PW research or GP research. But I'm just bored and lazy.. Tomorrow? I will definitely do it tomorrow. Don't worry.
Just being lame to myself. Found another manga to craze over liao. Prince of Tennis. =D Ryoma is cute, cute and cute beyond words and he's only 12. Blah, well at least he's not real. Haha, I don't think I will make friends with him if there was such a person in real life. And the captain Tezuka? Another bishounen to drool over. Darn, I've got a whole damn list of them. Nothing much today, just that there's a lot of make up lessons to do, econs and chemistry practical. Didn't know how to do the stupid "Planning" for the practical. Wasted precious time mulling over it. Then just when I've got some tou xu out of it, our teacher asked us to stop and he would explain it. Darn... Oh well, treat this as a practise ba, as a stepping board for the next exercise. Went to Harbourfront to discuss about PW. Chose the 2nd task project to do. Felt lucky that my group members are pretty hardworking and are quite ambitious. We want an distinction in PW. =) Aim for that at least and not waste out time producing sub-standard work. Came back at around 8 sthg, close to 9. Pretty tired from the best journey, almost 50 minutes of it. -.- so envy people who live near their schools. =|

No sports day today. -.- Due to heavy rain but it's kinda a blessing in disguise. Because I need to sing tomorrow for choir and I'll surely scream and cheer like mad if it still went on. So, we went to Harbourfront for breakfast. Wanted to go back to CO at 11 but the stupid print club didn't open until like so late, then the machine we wanted to take photo in was taken up by other people. And they took a pretty long time to do so. -.- But then I guess we were also pretty slow too, 'cause there's alot of decorating and pictures blah blah to take.. First time in such a long time to take a neoprint again. The last time I took was in Sec 2/3? My first neocard. With Sharon. Haha, kinda funny that Shiling, Cindy, YS, Xiuyin and I never take this kind before. We only used Cindy's camera. Haha.. But she also never send the pictures. =( Oh well.. Ok, in the end I never went to CO. Felt so guilty.. Firstly I really need the practise, 'cause I'm a newbie.. Never knew learning an instrument is that hard. I can grasp the basics liao, but must progress mah, or else stay stagnant there also no use and no improvement at all.
After that went to Taka with Isabel and Xinyi ( new friend =D ) and bought Haou Airen 7. No money now. So sian.. This hobby is sure damn expensive sia. Lucky my allowance had gone up slightly and I do not have the same rush as I had in the past to buy new books without thinking. Shan't elaborate and bore whoever is reading this with the details, anyway, there's not much to say also. Went home slacked, bath and eat dinner. Then left for practice for choir in church. Was pretty len dan to Qiren and people, especially those who went to bible study on Friday. I'm pretty sure that they got say something about me. Chairman never go for bible study, then everytime so little people come. Chairman must this and that... I'm pretty sure that's what he is thinking.
HELLO!!! First of all, I'm not obliged to go for every single event even though it's organised by me. It's only best that I go. Damn it, I'm not a Duracell rabbit that goes on for hours. They had time to go back from school to rest, bath and eat before going. Also, they had no right especially him, to say me in this way. It's not as though he went for every single event too, for this matter, the church events. Isn't church's as important as fellowship's? He always like to say to seek the kingdom of God first but look at what he, they are doing? What the heck are they doing when service is going on? Studying, smsing, talking, sleeping... Things that show disrespect to other people, to God. If I'm a non-christian, and I see these kind of things, I wonder is this the way a Christian will act in service? I'm so ashamed. However, I've got no right to say them about this, because I'm also guilty of that sin. Maybe that's part of a reason why I always hesitate on bringing new friends to church. This is a bad impression. I sometimes wonder, why are we this bunch of people coming to church for? To socialise? To meet your girl/boy friends? To find a place to study? This is the house of God, shouldn't we be worshipping him? Again, I've not right to berate them about these. But I'm now trying to change, at least not to be distracted by what they are doing and not following what they are doing. I'm not saying I'm better than them, but at least, I don't want to carry on with this behaviour now that I've a purpose set (quite related to this). In a nutshell, I just don't like his way of thinking and his behaviour about certain stuff.
It irks me.
I absolutely dislike people who do not give me the due respect and use their own judgement to "sentence" me for some unconventional thinking or behaviour or actions. Just because sometimes I don't go with the norm doesn't mean that I will continue being like that. That proves how little you know me. And I don't like people to say/talk about me behind my back just because you think you know me just by this little knowledge of me. Dream on man. Because I can safetly tell you that no one in this world knew the entire me. Only God. There's not a single person in this world that can decipher my thoughts. So, don't think you know me very well and go around talking cock.
Whew.. Need to cool down. Well, marvelled. Why? Because I saw a blanket of dark sky dotted with stars. Dimmed they maybe, but they are still there. And if you just squint slightly, you will see them. =D So happy when I saw them. It was the most beautiful sight I've seen in days and perhaps weeks.. =D Lovely, just lovely. *grins*

Couldn't do maths - binomial theorem...!! It's so hard... well, just that I still can't find the nth term or X to the power of n blah, blah.. In short, the general term la of the equation if you still can't get it. Blah..... So er xin.. Haiz, didn't want to do bio 'cause I don't think she will go through that fast. She's a naggy and crappy teacher though she teaches quite well. I'm contradicting myself, what the heck. Maybe I'll go school early just to do the maths questions. Wonder if Liqi will be so guai to hand up the homework by tomorrow? Hope not.
Had inter-CG heats today and we did quite well! =D Considering that we had a couple of slightly slower runners, but that's because they didn't train at all. -.- So if we got into the finals, I guess we'll train even harder. \'.'/ I think we have to, cause, we are one of the slower groups considering that the next class is faster than us by a couple of a seconds. And Gomes (my house) seemed to have alot of teams/CG entering the final 16~!! That means if most of the CG win, and we can achieved points for Gomes, then Gomes can get champion house again! Haha, third consecutive win, how sweet will that be. =) We did quite well for the non-track events like shotput and discus. That should put us in some lead or at least 2nd, cause Loy Fatt seemed to have alot of good runners as well as sports people. -.-'' *shakes head* Must keep positive! Gomes shall conquer and rule! Haha.. On a side note, my house captain quite cute and he was my OGL. Haha, but a bit on the short side la and when he talked no one really paid attention. Felt abit sorry for him that time. Hahs, oh and also he's in track, so he can run damn fast sia! He broke a school record that day at some event that day, pro sia...!!
Hmm, I'm not going to say what I did for the past few days la, pointless to do it now, just one prominent event that I enjoyed for the past days was Life Concert. It's a concert organised by the SFC - Saints for Chirst ( a CCA-cum-Christian fellowship) and some non SFC Christians in school. It's basically a praise and worship session to commerate Easter which the school celebrates a week later after the real Holy Week. According to Elizabeth, there was 11 salvations and 30++ re-sthg, can't remember the term, it's to say those backsliders who once again come back to God. =P Yah, and she said this was the first time Life Concert was so successful. =D Amen! P.S there was alot of people who went for it. Priority was given to SA students and there was alot of outsiders who came. Hmm.. That means I can bring someone in lo, but that again priority given to us leh, if he/she don't have tickets then die liao lo.. Came for a wasted trip..

Having a free block now, just finished my chinese homework. What's with all the "what's your opinion of this and that"?? Haiz, so lazy and tired from all that thinking, must be old already.. Haha. The weather pretty good now, warm and windy, perfect for sleeping. But alas! I can't do that.. Still need to perk up for chemistry practical later. Then I still have to discuss about PW. -.- Well, at least it wouldn't be very long.. I hope..
SA has no proper computer lab like Bytz in NJ so we are exposed to the sun, wind and air, to wear off the sleepiness. Will that happened? Hmm, don't know leh.. For me it will la, at least the sun will undo the sleepiness. Also hor, I think I am really a cold-blooded animal. I'll become cold after 10 minutes in an air - conditioned room, warm in the sun for 10 minutes, sweating after another 10. I like to sleep when the weather is cold especially with my blanket around me = it's like hibernation... Anamolous behaviour of a human being.. Hmm..
Well, not going to waste my time here, better get back and catch up some sleep. Apparently the sun is not working her usual powers on me today. =P Bye..

Ok, first and for most, if anyone can go find this song, go download it!!!! It is seriously very lovely. It's in the OST of Meteor Garden 2. And I'm hooked on that show. *sheepish* It revives my love once again for Hana Yori Dango. Haha.
Yupz, been busy with lotsa things the past week but also, the times I'm online, didn't felt like blogging. So, yah, so sorry to people who popped by to have a look. >.<
Had a very spiritual weekend, being the Holy Week and all.
P.S: To those who were baptised recently ie before and during the Holy Week, congratulations! I supposed this is the greeting that one is supposed to give? And welcome to the family! =D Those not baptised yet, doesn't mean that you guys are not part of the family. Baptism is a very personal thing so don't force yourself k? To me it is a very formal ceremony only. My opinions la. =P
Had the realization that my spiritual being is still in its infancy. It's so pitiful. I felt so ashamed too.. =( It's not like it's a competition to be the best Christian. However, this is my relationship with God and I am not doing my upmost best in maintaining the relationship. I care more of the nature world, though not the materials, but my worldly friends more than with my Father in Heaven. It's too unspeakable.. So, in order to resolve this, I have included "Quiet Time" in my daily timetable => this helps me to be focus on my studies too, or else I'll spend time on the internet, wasting precious time doing useless stuff. I tend to dwindle my time away aimlessly. So it is a big NO-NO!! Which explain the guilty feeling I am experiencing now, I should be doing my homework ie: Economics. Bleh..
Talking about Economics, found out that it's a pretty common sense subject. It's like the things they taught are stuff you will know but they have only put it in Economics jargon and with all the technical explanations. That's one thing. Answering the questions are, on the other hand, another obstacle to cross. Now is to know how to apply all these new knowledge on these questions. Haiz.. *shakes head*
Had a CG outing at Pastamania. Hmm, quite ok la, the food there. Had the creamy chicken. But people, a warning to you. If you don't like dry stuff and creamy and sauce that smelled with butter, you better not try it. The chicken shreds are very little and according to my friend, they seem to taste bitter. =P I'm not really sure, can't taste the difference. Haha. Rumors and gossips are flying around too. Had some tidbits concerning some of my classmates. Interesting to listen to, but not to discuss about. Just slightly surprised that some of their opinions coincide with mine. Hmm, so I'm not weird. Haha, no la, just that have some different viewpoints of the people ba.
\'-'/ found another way of going home liao, from SA. Haha, but then it's still a longer trip than the one I usually take to go home. Haiz, but at least now I know where to alight to go to Chinatown Point. Hehe, I like to be street - smart. =D Don't like to be so helpless and useless. Maybe that's why I'm interested in things people don't usually concern themselves with. They think if they are lost, then just take the bus back and then take another one. I wouldn't dare to do that especially at a place where I have never been to before. If the place looks vaguely familiar, then maybe not too bad yet. If it is complete Rome, then I will be scared shitless, unless someone accompanies me. You ask me travel around the world also no problem. =)

Whoops, haven't update for like 5 days? Hmm, laziness has once again set in me. =P But then I think it just went dormant. Lala~ Eh, not much happening leh. Just that we are having plenty of lectures throughout the day with 3 hours break slot in between? Good? Not bad a deal for me. =D Hehes.
My class has 24 people. 22 girls and 2 guys. 11:1 ratio. Sad.... Looks-wise, ok la, not super good-looking and stuff but they are really great guys, always so enthu in games and cheering. Haha, but I guess they had to, considering that they are the only 2 guys around, need to strut off the manly stuff. But honestly, great great guys to have around, just like guys in NJ04S23, always there to lend a hand, =) However, there's girl-girl segregation ie 2 main cliques of girls. Eh, no particular reason for the segregation, but just pure different types of people I guess? My clique normally will separate into pairs or triplets at most but we will gather during lunches or breaks. Weird? *scratch head* Dunno leh. Haha.
Project work coming up. Had a lecture about it, telling us what are the different components of the exam, what are the expectations, the grading system. Tough stuff. Year one is a terrible year - with PW, CLAO (for those who still have to suffer under it), Promos, getting yourself heavily involve in CCA, school activities as well as friends and what have you. Maybe year 2 ain't that bad, you will just have the As to concentrate on. Actually, come to think of it, the teachers will then dump all the things that couldn't be completed in year one and just speed through. No time to fully absorbed all these new knowlege and concepts. Argh... Year 2 ain't that interesting either. Boo...
Motto of the year: Enjoy Year One fully first, and build solid foundation in your studies in the mean time.
Had some thoughts on the bus a few days back, don't have the mood to write now. I'm not getting enough sleep now a days, but I was at fault for this, because I stayed up late doing irrelevant things instead of going to sleep immediately. XP Meteor Garden 2 coming out this thursday, kinda looking forward to it even though the plot and acting suck. Still, it will be interesting to see how far off the producers can be from the actual manga. :) Hope my interest can be sustained over the one-week break in between each episode and I don't lose too much sleep over this. Hmm, gotta go. Laziness has once again propelled me to just rot in front of the computer and downloading manga instead of doing homework. Really need someone to force me and sit down whenever I'm in this kind of situation.
*I loooovve this instrumental version of "Eyes on Me", I don't know if it can be found elsewhere (downloaded it from Imesh few years ago), so far no. I'm so going to send it to someone to safeguard it if my computer happens to crash which is a big no no..!!
