I talked Aidan into going for a run with me and he could bike. I knew we were going 6 miles, but Aidan had no idea what 6 miles even meant. He biked all the way up to the Temple and then biked back home. He complained a little on the way there, but when I told him that NONE of his other friends had EVER biked that far he started to stop complaining and rode. It didn't hurt that from the temple home is all downhill. I was proud of him though for biking for so long.

Nicole's first day of Nursery went ok. She loved having Cash and Josh in her class. They are our next door neighbors that are just one year older, and cute cute little boys. After church I took some pictures of Nicole in our frontyard, Josh came over and wanted some pictures as well. We told Josh to kiss Nicole, but Nicole was not having any of that she full out pushed him away. It was pretty cute.

So the rule at the cabin is, once you turn eight you can drive the little ATV. Mike was worried, but I said she can handle it. Within the first 5 minutes she had run into the front of my car. WHAT WAS I THINKING!! She got better though, and we took her on two small rides on not too bumpy trails. She seemed to really love it.
Nicole though she was big enough too...
She really liked riding with us though.

The kids played out front some game where they were on some sort of hunt/hike thing. I didn't figure it out but they had fun.
Nicole on one of rides fell asleep, how can you fall asleep on an ATV, but she did. We didn't get the picture of her asleep though. Around this spot we saw one baby deer and two big deer hop into the forest. I LOVE LOVE seeing the deer.



WOW Aidan, this helmet is a ton better then the white one.

Madisyn did good on the open road. In the beginning though she would bounce out of control every now and then, and then re correct herself. She really got the hang of it though.

Without the Nicole and Aidan it's just Nicole and I. So we played in the kitchen. and then played outside. She seems to like having me all to herself.

For our date this Wednesday we decided to do the Parade of Homes especially because that was the only way to get to tour the UP house. HOW GREAT is this. They designed an UP house just like the movie and it is just a couple of blocks away from my own house. They included every detail, even the baby room the two of them had painted upstairs, which brought tears to my eyes. The front room had all of the chairs and the things on the mantel. It was really well done.

Look at him all big and stuff!! I love that he wants to wear his Mario shirt, he hates, HATES any shirt with a collar or button, so fun t-shirts is all I get. I was surprised though because Mario beat out lego star wars, for the first day.
His first BIG BOY backpack is Bumblebee. That bag is as big as he is, I love little Kindergardeners.

Nolan is in his class at school.

His best friend Holden in on A track so they are with different teachers, but they all started on the same day.
At the end of the day Aidan got a cupcake that said "First Day of Kindergarden is a piece of cake."
Ms. Hanna is Aidan's teacher. I think she is great, and I am super excited for a great year ahead.

Our Garden was the best it has ever been! We got wonderful corn, and carrots, but no strawberries, I need to work on that. But the corn and carrots tasted GREAT, I was super proud of my little family. Aidan, Nicole and Madisyn loved pulling out the carrots.

Aidan was super excited he LOVES carrots. He prefers a carrot over an apple. One time he was eating straight blueberries and invited a friend to have some, they thought Aidan was crazy, and Aidan said "Don't you eat blueberries?" What a good kid.

I am officially the worst mother in the whole wide world. Aidan has TWO, not one TWO full blown cavities. Holes in the teeth, and both will need to be covered in silver just as you can see. I asked the dentist why the silver, and then I said "It's like a letter A isn't it, so everyone knows what a bad mom I am." He laughed and said no it's because it will fall out in a couple of years and a porcelain is way too much money to have just fall out. It still fills like a letter A every time I look at him.

He thinks it's cool though and other kids have asked how they can get pirate teeth. GREAT my Madisyn encouraged her friends to pee their pants in daycare, and Aidan is teaching others not to brush their teeth so they can have a cool pirate tooth too. Yes I am officially fired.
