Life Updates

The Bush family, How have we been? Busy!

The last pictures on here were from November of 2013. Many things have changed.

Matt is busy as ever and hardly home. He has had to cut down the amount of taxidermy work he is doing so he can spend time with us. He works hard to take care of us by taking care of all our cows and upgrading equipment. Just this past year we were able to get enough new machines so that we could do our own hay. This has been wonderful but time consuming.

I'm busy chasing kids and getting my health in order. We experienced 3 miscarriages last year. The first was a late term miscarriage. I was 14 weeks and learned that for some reason in my 12th week the baby's heart stopped beating. They were never able to tell us why he passed. They were able to tell that the baby was a boy and they had us name him. The name we choose was Jason Michael Bush. Later in the year we had two more miscarriages the were both to early to tell anything, In March 2015 Matt and I got a shock when we found out we were pregnant again and this time it stuck. We were shocked because we had used protection because we didn't want an October Baby. I guess the Lord know best.

Robert went from preschool to being in 1st grade now. When did he get that big. He is beginning to become a big help in the mountains and can ride a horse by himself, he can also herd cows on said horse. Robert prefers to be with is dad "helping" as much as he can or will.

Kayla has turned into the Drama Queen, I'm sure If  you have one she will give your little one a run for her money. We are working on behaviors right now. She is quite the independent and will let you know that what she thinks and does is best. She really struggles with the idea that Mom and Dad know best. She is currently in Kindergarten, she is a smarty so hopefully this year will be good for her not to hard but not easy.

Wyatt is always happy. He will be starting preschool this coming Tuesday and is super excited about it. He can't wait to be big like his brother and sister. He is currently undergoing medical test to see why he is so little. Right now it is just an allergy test and hopefully we can get them to add test for bugs, or worms. He is a pretty little guy almost 4 and only 30 pounds. Hopefully it wont be serious and we can get him to gain some height and weight. Other than that he is glad to just be with daddy, everyday he says he has to go to work. Doesn't matter what it is as long as he is with daddy.

Mister Marcus, What to say about this little man. You can tell he has been our baby longer than any of the other kids. He get away with everything, and nobody can get him in trouble. He is very stubborn, and has no problem letting you know. As long as he gets what he wants he's happy but you tell him no and he will talk back the entire time. They say to pick your battles that is one we have learned to leave alone. He is also our bottomless pit. He will eat all day long if I let him and  it doesn't matter what it is, if it tastes good he eats it. I have also learn that he doesn't like cartoon movies but he will sit and watch a monster movie.

Our family is growing and we will be adding another little girl to the family this October. Now lets see what pictures I can add to this post so its not just words. We had more but Matt's phone was ruined and we lost a lot of our memories.

Wyatt's birthday cake last year. Tried to make it look like a pumpkin.

Making Raindeer antlers at my cookie/goodie exchange last year.

Another game from that night was making snowwomen.

Helping get the wood for the fire

They wanted to swing but I was swinging so we all pilled on.

His favorite Stuffed Animals.

November

Selling Cows At the sale barn.
Watching the Cows sell at home on the computer.
FIRE! Finally got our wood stove working.
Testing it out. Learning how to keep our Cheekies warm.
Any ideas how to stop him from being such a bully! Naughty kid gets into everything. He knows when he is being naughty too. You scold him and he looks at you with puppy dog eyes and tries to kiss you.
We learned the hard way that you may fit going in but not coming out.
Started working on the deck the kids thought the holes were for them.

More selling of our cows at the sale barn.

He's so big and yet so tiny. Can I just skip from age 1 on? stay in repeat?
 Wyatt's birthday cake.
Daddy trying to teach Mark how to make a deck.
My Kids! All they have to do is ask. I wonder where these went for a few days!

November is always busy too. Getting used to the cows being home and the feeding schedules.  Not to mention Matt was busy working as hard as he could to get the house done for the bank deadline. It is always a nervous month too to see if we will have enough money to pay all the bills. Pray our calves are getting fat!

October

Cows came home so we were busy busy.

Still many things on the house to finish.

We did get to have some Halloween fun at the church.

Now don't judge I got really sun burned the day before.

We were able to go to our good friends wedding in New Mexico.

The best man in my shoes.

Its almost been a year since October but I figured I needed to update. All I remember is like every year October is a crazy month for us luckily it has holidays, so we can remember the good times.

August

Playing in the lake we made behind the house, using our hydrant. We were trying to clean out the newly dug well.

Wyatt always needs to get every last drop of food. Now he just saves it for later if I don't clean it out fast enough.
Uncle Jonathan and Aunt Brittani asked us over to play in the big puddle outside their house after a big Ran storm. Hope we get lots more like this one!

 Eating breakfast with daddy.
Dad got a weird phone call late one night to come the next day to New Mexico and skin a bear that was breaking into a cabin three nights in a Row and the Game and fish people had to put him down.
Relief Society mom and daughter train ride up the pass.

Slumber Party! They love their parties with dad. I don't know how he can sleep with them at night!
He's more my style, alone, warm, and comfy.
Antler hunting with Daddy. Robert has become quite the little spotter.
Still getting used to the new house. Making sure it doesn't fall over while he sleeps.
Eye appointment for Daddy and Uncle Jonathan after they got a PRK procedure done on their eyes. It is very similar to lasik.
Matt got me a bow. Now to see how well of a hunter I can become. Anyone want 4 kids while the hubby and I go hunting??
