Well I’m to the half way mark and we just found out we are having another boy. Mike wasn’t able to get off work to go with us, so I made Brooke come to help me with the boys. Well the doctor started the ultrasound and he was showing us all of the spots they look at and then Brooke and I saw it before he even said anything it was definitely a boy! Marshall wanted a sister so bad and a little farther into the ultrasound he told that he hadn’t see where it said it was a boy, so the doctor showed him it again 100% percent boy. After leaving the doctor’s office I asked him if he was okay with another brother and he told me no not really we needed a girl in our family.
Since Mike wasn’t able to be at the appointment he didn’t want me to tell him what we were having, he wanted to watch the DVD after he got off work. I was talking to him and the phone and he said he didn’t need to watch the DVD because he already knew what we were having he said it’s a girl because your too happy for it to be a boy. Boy was he going to be shocked when he got the news. Later that night we watched the DVD at my mom’s house (we had already told the boys not to tell their dad what we were having). Patrick kept trying to talk and we keep telling him to be quiet and he finally leaned over to Mike and as fast as he could he whispered it’s a boy dad. Patrick is so excited he wanted another brother and he got what he wanted. We are so excited for this little baby boy to join our family and he will be loved so much.
