Thanksgiving

We had Thanksgiving on Thursday with the Rogness'! Our night there got cut short due to an unhappy little girl!

Then on Saturday we had a Thanksgiving meal with my mom's side of the family, some of which we're up here from Illinois! It was great to have everyone together!

My mom had kept one of the dresses I wore as a baby and I decided to try it on Addison for fun! I have a picture of me wearing it when I'm 5 1/2 months old and Addie is 4 1/2 months old. The size of the dress is 9 months and it seems really short, but I suppose that was the style. So here are some pictures of Addison wearing a dress that dates back to 1981.

Busy Week

I feel like I've been slacking on my blogging this week, but it's been a little busy around here for me at least! I hosted a Discovery Toy party (to learn more about Discovery Toys go to the Doug & Jane link) and then this weekend I'm coordinating a wedding at the church! Addie is up to her usual!

It looks like Addie is going to be a thumb sucker! We tried to always pull her thumb out & put in the pacifier, but we couldn't keep up with her!

The Doctor Visit

Today Addie went in for her 4 month checkup! She weighed 15 lbs 6 oz (70th Percentile) and measured 24.5" (50th Percentile). The Doctor said she's a healthy little girl! She also got a couple of shots. She cried really hard when they poked her, but calmed down once I picked her up. She continued to do well this afternoon!

4 Months Old

Addison is 4 months old! Today will be marked in the books as the day that she rolled from her back to her stomach! It was so exciting to watch her accomplish this skill! Tomorrow we go to the Doctor for a check up and some shots. I can't wait to learn how much she has grown!
