Hyrum lately has been saying some funny things. This morning he found out it was Sunday and promptly asked that if he got hurt if he could stay home from church. Last week he kept saying he was sick! He really doesn't like primary. In his mind he is a missionary and missionaries don't go to primary. LOL! I wonder what the next excuse will be.I can't remember what he was trying to do, but it was something he was not suppose to be doing. He told Don and I to go watch our tv in hopes that we would be dumb enough to let him do whatever he wanted to do. Like any parent couldn't see through that!

Everyone was together on Saturday night. And boy, did we all pack the place. The kids love and have missed their cousins in Arizona. So this was a great time for them to reconnect. They definitely made the most of it.

John is going on a mission. He was able to make this trip over the top special. We got the chance to go through with him. It was a special time on the trip and a great memory.

On the way home from the boat trip. I got the privilege to ride with Grandpa and the kids. I am picky about what I think is pretty in a desert. These landscapes was just begging me to take a picture and Grandpa was encouraging this whim. I think we got some good results.

We had to stop at Grandma's classroom. It was cool for the kids to see their Grandma at work.Notice Adelyn!

We all went to the lake. It was perfect weather! The kids loved it and it wore them OUT! I am not sure what Hyrum is thinking in this picture. But I definitely know what I am thinking. LOL!Nena! That is her nickname.

I had a day to fill with the kids. Don went to see his best friend Bill. So we ended up going to an activity place. The kids were too small to do the really fun stuff. But we had fun anyway.

Hyrum's idea of golf is to pick it up and put it next to the hole. After that you just tap it in one handed.

If you notice no pictures of Adelyn. It is because she was too hot to do anything but whine.
I got the kid's one new toy each to play with at Grandma's house. Hyrum was so excited to use his toy. It was sooo hot and he still went outside and played with it. He was "fixing things like Grandpa".

One of the reasons we went to Phoenix was to have a family reunion. This was the first day of that reunion after everyone got there. We went to the science museum. Honestly, I loved the company. They made it worth it.Houston has better museums though.



They don't have this in Houston. It was the redeeming exhibit at the museum. You stand in a certain area and you experience all the different elements of the world.

We went on vacation in Arizona to visit family. Seriously, it was the best camping trip I have ever been on! Don and I just sat back and enjoyed the ride. We played alot and sleeped well. It had the best bathroom facilities I have ever been too while camping. It doesn't get better then that. Dad brought a lot of outdoor games to play. Here is mom with her raquet. This picture just cracks me up!

On the way home, we decided to do a little sight seeing. We went to a ghost town. I took this picture because there was just so many hummingbirds together at this store. I only got one brave enough to keep eating while I was so close.
