The day I took this was the day we decided to do it. We almost didn't take one. Everyone has been sick so we just didn't feel like it. Not to mention how behind on everything else we were. But here it is! And I have to say it actually turned out fast and easy.  I know it is not perfect or even close but at least we have it and we all finished with happy faces!

As for these pictures I have no idea what they are doing! Michael has to wear gloves to bed to keep his skin from bleeding. Poor kid.

We had Thanksgiving dinner with Joe and Drew. I love living by family to share the holidays with. These were the only pictures I took though. You know how it is the mom is always busy! Aidan loves this wagon and Michael liked being pulled around in it! It was a win win!
By the way, that bruise on Michael's face was over a week old by this time. That thing lasted forever! It looked like I took a blackmarker and check marked his cheek!

Don turned 36 this year! All he wanted was peach cobbler for his cake. So thanks to Jenna I made him a yummy peach cobbler!
As for this picture I don't know why she did it but I am glad she did! HEHE

Wow! I almost have a girl in Young Women's! Amazing! Well she is amazing. This year she opted for a bought red velvet cake. So we asked around where to find the best red velvet cake and got it there. As far as red velvet cake goes it was REALLY good. But for me it is just not my cup of tea.

Adelyn had to dress up as a character from a book. This is what we ended up with. The only problem is that I guess you are not allowed to wear a wig! HEHE oh well!

I would really like to actually go to a pumpkin patch and pick a pumpkin off the vine. I am sure there is places to do that. There has to be! We picked out and almost made it to the car with a rotten pumpkin. GROSS! I want FRESH ones! Alright, here are the kids at the "Pumpkin Patch"!

I can't believe he is 1! When you know he is probably the last, it makes it go so much faster! I think you enjoy the little moments just a little more. He is my little sweet boy!
We decided to try an icecream cake from Cold Stones this year. It was yummy, but I think I prefer real cake.

Adelyn asked me if this was a face from a nightmare. I was thinking that it clearly wasn't scary, just silly!

Even Michael was quietly waiting. So calm. Till he got the cupcake! He loved tearing it up!

Yes I am! This is the first time these two little ones have rode in these kind of shopping carts. I love their expressions on their faces!! It was the coolest thing EVER for them. I just don't let them ride in them because of the backlash it has next time you go shopping. But on this day I didn't care.

She is sooooo sweet and adorable! But I have to admit she is also my naughtiest also! But who can REALLY get mad at that cuteness?!

I got her cake! She picked my favorite kind. It was chocolate with raspberry filling. So yummy!

Everyone who knows me knows that I love community garage sales. It is a family tradition!;) Well this is scrapbooking paper holder for me to help store all my paper. I don't really scrapbook alot anymore because of this blog. But I do make baby books for the my kids. I only have a little bit of Leslie's book left and Michael's to finish. Anyway, I bought this and Don had to put it together. I hate doing that. Michael decided that he need to be in the thick of it and help!I just loved his sagging diaper and pants!
He was more of a hindrance then a help, but he sure was cute trying!

So Don and I like to take little mini dates during the day. This started when Hyrum was little and the only one home. We like to go out for lunch together. It feels like a date because we only have the little ones with us. This one was unique because I tried some oysters and had to use my napkin to spit them out of my mouth! I have tried them before and enjoyed them. The way they were prepared just grossed me out! Much to our surprise, Leslie grabbed the chewed up oyster and started to eat it!

After she made disgusted noises and spit it out into the ketchup she still had to wipe out her mouth! I totally agreed with her! GROSS!

This was taken just for the fun of it. Taking pictures of Leslie out side is a definitely not worth the time. But I still like this photo.

Yea its the first day of School! I used to love the excitement of the first day. You know the new clothes, new teacher, and new friends. It's fun to see your kids with the same excitement in their eyes. Hyrum got camouflage clothes. He LOVES them! Of course that is what he decided to wear on the first day. 
Adelyn REALLY wanted to have bangs this year. And not just any bangs, she had to have the school girl cut bangs. You come to a certain time in your kids lives when you have to just let go and let them have control over their clothes and hair. I have been doing this for a while but this was the first time I was polar opposite of what she wanted.Oh well she is so beautiful that she can rock anything!
Elena is in the 5 grade this year and no longer in the elementary school. So I didn't get to take her to her class. She said she wanted to go all by herself. I just dropped her off. :(

It was nice this year. Don took the Hyrum and Adelyn to school and I got to take Elena.
