Seja loves Reagan

A friend of mine came over to visit. She took a few pictures of the girls together. These ones turned out really good. Seja just loves Reagan!

BYU kick off

We are pretty excited about the kick off of BYU football at our house.

I made an attempt to make a "Y" in Seja's hair.

Treasure Chest

We all went to the dentist yesterday. Seja was less than thrilled to have the Dentist look at her teeth. He was trying so hard to win her over with stickers and letting her sit on our laps and told her she could have something out of his treasure chest if he could look at her teeth. When all was said and done she was picking something out of the treasure chest and kept grabbing items, about four or  five different items. We told her she could have ONE not all five. She didn't want to put any back so I took them from her put them back in the treasure box and we started to leave. Cameron gave her one more chance to pick ONE item out of the treasure box when he took her back she grabbed  the treasure chest and said thats what she wanted. She would've been fine if we dumped everything out of the box and just taken the box. Needless to say she was rather upset when she couldn't have the one thing she wanted. Today I told her we would make a treasure box for her treasures.
She seems to be just as happy with this one.

Having mom home is exhausting

I guess potty training is wearing Seja out. We were in the car for about 7 minutes on our way to swimming lessons and she out cold! I'll let her rest for a minute then go wear her out more.

Swimming in the Backyard

Our neighbor has a big above ground pool that Seja would like to go swimming in. Infact, she went to the fence and began to reach as if to climb inorder to get into the pool. We decided to let her swim in her own pool that is not so big. She Loved It!!!

Seja's First Birthday!

It is hard to believe but Seja is already a year old. We are learning a lot right along with her. Her grandparents came over for dinner and cake and ice cream. She loved the gifts that she received. She really enjoyed her cake after she realized we really were going to let her dig in.

Seja's First Christmas

We had a fantastic Christmas. Amazing the difference when you have a child. I would have to say that this was one of my best Chriastmases yet. We were so fortunate to see so much of our family and to spend time with our loved ones. Although Seja didn't get the whole opening presents idea (see video to the left) she was so fun to see as we took part in all of our holiday games and festivities.
Seja slpet in until almost 8:30 which is great on Christmas morning. Cameron was about to go wake her up so we could open presents before church. She was still half asleep as we looked through what she got in her stocking.

Once she woke up more she was more eager to get the toy out of the box.  In the video below you can see that she was not as eager about her Christmas dress. Though she did look pretty cute in it. It was a great Christmas!!!
