I was called to be in charge of planning the relief society activities for church.  So for the March activity we did a dinner and some minute to win it games.  It was fun watching the games.

In March we took the kids on a little adventure to Layton Park.  We also got to go to a military ball together.  I have to admit it was a bit boring considering they played Jazz music.  I can definitely say the atmosphere for a military ball was quite different in Utah vs the ones we've been to out of state.  For one thing, the Utah one had no alcohol while that was the main focus of the other ones.

On our last day in Florida I started out the morning with a run to Lake Eva Park.  Then we took the kids to Gatorland which was pretty cool.  We saw tons of gators and Bryston got to feed a giant tortoise. Afterwards we grabbed some delicious Mexican smoothies from a street vendor.  The straws were made with red chili powder which was a bit different but unique.  Overall, we loved our trip to Florida and loved spending time with Corrine and Dave and Sarah and Tyler.
