On to the next sport.

The Manhattan Heat's Basketball season ended on Sunday. We had a fun celebration for the boys after their last game. (I know, he looks a little shaggy......haircut this Thursday!)

Defeat led to a not so "sweet" Valentine's Day!

Not so sure why Mitch looks so nervous, except for the fact that he let me know before the game, "I didn't come here to watch the Cats lose today" He is just a little intense about these things. Scott had to miss the game to coach Grant in a Basketball Tourney in Junction City. My good friend from college and her dad were thrilled to fill his and Grant's seats!
A few friendly gestures before the game. I wasn't feeling so friendly after the game.

Forever Young...........

We celebrated Scott's 40th as well as Carrie's and Shon's this past Friday. We had a great time.

Shon, Carrie and Scott
Scott thanking everyone for coming and giving all of us "younger" folk some words of wisdom.

Another day of basketball

Grant and Mitch both had games this evening. Grant had a great outcome, beating a team they have worked hard to beat.........Mitch, not so lucky. They played a 4th grade girls team that had at least a head or more on everyone of our guys.

Moving up...........in Goodland, KS of all places

Has anybody else seen this? They now label the pillow cases for you.

Remote control car...........on the highway?!

Ok, so following this car today (for only a short time, as it was moving rather slowly) and if I hadn't of seen her with my own eyes when I passed her, the little blue haired lady, I would have thought this car was being driven by a remote control! And to think I was running out of blog material.

And he scores

Mitch having some fun while at another one of his brother's ballgames today.

Have you ever seen...........

A baseball player wearing a football helmet?Grant took a baseball lesson the other night, and because he continued to put his chin down when hitting, the coach had him wear a football helmet. It did the trick!
