I participated Setia Eco ½ Marathon ’10 with my buddy colleague, Meilee this year. It was my 2nd run in Setia Alam Township and the route is somehow similar with the previous Klang Pacer ½ Marathon run in Y2009.

Erm… I have not been running after my previous 11km ½ marathon run and ever since I transferred to KL Sales Office due to well-known traffic condition. So, I bought myself a treadmill machine to save the travelling hassle to fitness center and lie to myself that I did practice for the run. : P
How was the run? For sure I’m long way behind Meilee but at least… I completed the run within stipulated timeframe. Paiseh…

Had my 3rd visit to Redang Island last week… Nothing much to blog about, it is basically just another island relaxation trip for me to temporary escape from work hectic under the bright hot sun surrounded with sandy beach except, we have a new gang member this time... Tada~ Nixon’s girlfriend - Jessica. : )
