Welcome to a glimpse into 2 mini-vacations we took in May.
Up first: our trip to Leech Lake with our friends, the Conways.
Aaron had to survey his fishing stuff before we left.

This is all of our stuff stopping at the Conways' house.

The rods were banging together so Dr. House helped out.

Our first trip out, I caught the biggest fish I've ever netted.

My husband, the navigator (yes, it was a HUGE lake)

awesome Leech Lake

our Thursday night bonfire

I'm prepared to be cold. That's my winter jacket.

Aaron caught this one.

I fished in the rain...

...while the boys caught BIG fish in the rain.

this is our sweet little cabin on the lake.

Priscilla getting ready to count the bats.... which totaled over 75

I caught weeds too.

And this is me excited to be at the lake Memorial Day weekend.

Aaron's pre-opener bass... sad but awesome.

my awesome grandparents!

evening Mario Kart for Aaron and Jayce

This is one crazy little girl. I'm not sure exactly what's
happening but Bonnie was playing with her sunscreened-hair.

These 2 just sat down on my feet and looked up like "get going"
Bonnie was able to snap the picture right as they looked up at me.

Thanks for stopping. More to come on medical things.
The summer proves to be a medically delicious few months.
