THE BURKE GIRLS

A lot has happened since the last time that I have posted anything on here.
In May I filed for divorce from Tim, we were married for 9 years in July. It was a long time and we had our good times and our bad times like most couples. This was just the best thing for me and in the end it will be the best for everyone. The divorce has made a lot of family members upset but hopefully with time they will get over their anger and move on. I moved out of the house in June and at the end of June our divorce was final. We finally got our house sold in August which was a big relief cause with the going market it took a long time. I stayed in Santaquin so the girls can still go to the same school and they could still have their friends, which has been real nice. I still work at UVRMC and I still love my job. The Girls started 1st grade this year and it was so exciting for me but they are not to keen on the idea of going to school all day. They are still in the same class and they are having a great time so far. All we can fo now is take one day at a time and hope for the best for everyone. And always remember that everything happens for a reason, wether we agree with it or not.

In December we went to California to spend the holiday with my family. We had a lot of fun we rang in the new year there also. These are just some random pics from that trip down there and then some random pics of me and the girls.

6 years ago on April 2nd I had two beautiful girls at 4:41 and 4:42am. They weighed 5lb 6oz and 5lb 7oz. They have been such a blessing into our lives I can't imagine life without them. So on Friday the 2nd they wanted to go to Chuck E Cheese so we went and they took there best friend Addy, they had a ball. Then on Saturday the 3rd we had a family party for them and they had a lot of fun playing with their cousins. All in all it was a nice weekend. Easter fell on Sunday. So they had there Easter egg hunt on Saturday at 9:00am and boy was it COLD. BRRRRRRRR

Tims cousin Denise is one of the best photographers there is out there and we had the opportunity to have her do our family pics this last year. She did so many that there is no way that I could post them all so here are just a few of them along with the replaced pictures I used for the main page of our blog. Thanks Denise you are awesome and I can't wait to have you do our pictures again soon.

Wow has it really been since October since I blogged last? Well Im not going to put any pictures up on this post but I guess I will bring you up to speed on the things that were happening with our family.
Thanksgiving was a good holiday nothing to exciting happened. Christmas was fun, the girls are starting to get to be real fun except that there gifts are starting to get expensive.... The day after christmas we got in the car and headed down to California to spend the New Year with my family. We had a lot of fun we stayed there until the Sunday after the new year. The drive home sucked though cause I got sick a few days before we left and so I was not feeling well. It was so good to be home and in my own bed, and to get all the x-mas things put away.
Ok so we have been having medical problems with our chihuahua Taz, he has hemolytic anemia and so we have had to give him 3 blood transfusions (man was that expensive). But he is doing awesome now, we have spent more on him in his little life than we have spent on the girls since they were born, so word to the wise don't buy pedigree pets they have to many health issues.
Brynlee and Cydnee are doing really well in school they love going everyday. They both are reading at a first grade level so that is real awesome to sit and listen to them read us stories. Other than that we really have not had much go on in our lives in the last few months hopefully we continue to have a wonderful new year and hope for the best in everyway.

So this post is with all the kids. They had a lot of fun together, they hardly faught which was amazing. It was funny cause me and Nellyn had the same stroller and we had the twins in them, and everyone that walked by asked or looked at us like they were quads. We got the strangest looks it made is laugh. When we had the girls in their princess dresses it was funny to watch people break there necks to turn around and take a double look. My girls had a pink and blue princess dress and so did Maddi and Abbi so it really was like they were seeing double. Again this is not all the pictures, I would be here all night if I posted them all.
