New Pictures!















We got new pictures today and an update! She is doing very well:-)

Here is what the update said:

Since March metting, Na Yeon has been doing well. She has a good appetite and eats applesauce, crackers and rice in addition to formula. She sleeps well, taking a nap for two hours during the day. Her speech is delayed for her age but she can say "eung". She plays well at home and is rarely fussy. However, as soon as she enters a doctor's office, she cries immediately. She is able to take a few steps unassisted and she claps her hands. There is another foster baby girl, aged 11 months in the foster home who Na Yeon gets along well with.

Friday we start our Homestudy!

This is a HUGE step for us:-). You see, we aren't even actually waiting for real yet. Avah is not even ours. She cannot be ours until we have our homestudy done and approved. Once all of that is done, we will have to send our acceptance papers to Korea and only THEN, will we be officially waiting for her to come home. So how long after that? ??? Our agency is saying perhaps around 9 months. Maybe she will be home by next April. I cannot even think about how long that is from now. . .
