Heart, Soul and Hope

Avah is my only child who likes to be rocked and so

I thought I'd post a pic of her in the rocking chair:)

I could not be more prouder of my boy. He is really maturing and growing up. His heart is so kind, he is so honest and he is very well behaved. He will be 9 years old soon...I am excited to see him grow up but...I am torn at the strong need for him to always stay my baby boy.

Here I told him to just watch TV while I captured the last weeks of him being 8. I think I'll go cry now:( He is just so very precious to me.

Every Tuesday morning, I take the girls to a Parents as Teachers Classroom and they get to play and do crafts. Today they got beads for Mardi Gras.

Avah, Laney and I met with a few of my adoptive family friends for lunch in January. Here is Avah with Lydia. Avah and Lydia are only a month apart.
