It seems like most years Tyler ends up working on Thanksgiving, so we decided to make it a fun one this year by having a full meal with some of our good friends, Matt, Bonnie and Timmy. We ate, and rocked all day with Rock Band. We all had a really good time together. We made most of the food and to our amazement all the food we made turned out way yummy! It is awesome to say because some of the things we have never made before.

I have been blessed so much by Heavenly Father and have been very grateful for those things and people in my life. Great friends, AMAZING husband, Great family, An education in an area I am interested in, a warm and safe place to live, a car that runs and a job that I am growing to love as the days go by. Happy Thanksgiving!

I am having niece and nephew withdrawals. I miss them all so much.

Today I have accomplished one of my life-long goals.  Ever since my little bro Jeremiah and I had real Kool-Aid we have been collecting the points.  Weeks ago I sent off about 1,793 Kool Points to redeem our Kool Stuff. <----Now that is a lot of Kool Aid!  The UPS guy brought my package today!  Here is the thing I was most excited about..... My Kool Aid T-Shirt!  It is so great to have reached one of my many goals!  I can't wait until Jeremiah gets home from Chile to give him his stuff too. :)

This month I am really starting to miss being a college student. It is toward the end of the semester, things are getting intense and lots of fun projects are being made. I am really getting antsy for a pottery wheel. The main reason I haven't gotten one yet is due to my small living quarters and not much room for big clay messes. I think I may just have to live a more cramped lifestyle. I feel the need to make sculptures and pots and draw and just create. I miss having the class time devoted solely to my projects and of course, socializing. I try to work on art projects with my students but they are always needing help and wanting me to teach them and stuff (I don't know why). It's hard to get any project done. I almost have a drawing of Marilyn Monroe completed and someday I will finish it.

I have made a New Months Resolution to exercise more and eat less junk. So far I think I am doing okay. I am not to where I want to be yet, but I will get there. I have to train for a 10k June 12. I need to get my butt in gear and in shape. I want to totally slaughter the time I got last year. I want to shave 10 minutes off my time. We shall see.

Last weekend we went to see Kansas in Concert. It was fun! Of course at the Tuachan Ampitheater it makes it more AMAZING. Tyler has been wanting to take me to a Rock Concert every since we fell in love. We finally got to go to one. Yipee! We are at the concert in the picture. I don't have many good photos of the band. Too bad!

Things have become so much easier this semester than they were last semester. I think it has a lot to do with the students that I have and of course the experiences I had last semester. I feel myself getting better and better as a teacher and at the same time wondering if I am a good teacher. All I know is that I am a LOT less stressed this semester and the time is flying by! Maybe I can be a teacher afterall!

Tyler and I got to attend a Murder Mystery Dinner that our friends Josh and Elizabeth were hosting at their house. If any of you don't know what that is then you need more culture in your lives. Basically you are a character in a Murder Mystery. You dress up as a character you know little about. As the night goes on you learn more about your character and try figure out clues to who is the murder based on the things they say and facts presented.

These are all the suspects....Ashley (Holly), Con (Forrest), Anne (Liz), Missy (Siobhan), Les (Timmy) and of course Ham played by Tyler...... we also have Major General (Josh) and Terra (me)






My character name is Terra Sunder of "Terra Sunder Pants" I have a rich father and have my own line of Lingerie. My lover, Ham, (Tyler) is a famous Actor.

This is the yummy Norwal Chicken Dinner Entre' that Major General (a.ka. Josh) prepared. It was very yummy and so professional.


Later it was followed by Chocolate Lava cake and Ice-cream prepared by myself.


Little did anyone know that I was the Murderer. Who would have thought I would kill my own father? I didn't even know for sure that I had done it until about 3/4 the way through! I had my suspicions however.

Tyler and I went to Ohio to spend Christmas with our/his family. We had a lot of fun with everyone and wished we lived closer to each other..... and sometimes not. :)







We went to the Newport Aquarium and I almost got some action from a large fish. Meanwhile, Tyler gets attacked by a shark.
