I felt even more guilty since u called me yesterday, Kala. I haven’t update my blog with dis post till then. So here goes… continued fr me last composition cum blog-letter 2 u :)
I have since made blondies 6 times i tink & as I had told u during ur last call, if u were still there in KMM, u’l b, err..’fighting’ for them with Adek Redza, kihkih… poor him, only managed to get a taste during my 5th project.

Lat said her stash of snacks is even more / of variety than u?! eh, I didn’t know u had ur own stash back then. Did u? I wud’ve ‘kacau’ u too if I hd known so. Hehe.. I rmmbr d choc wafer & sum ‘kerepek’ etc. tho’ :) We r in constant need of comfort food there! Im sure kak Yan wud agree 2 dat ;)
It was nice 2 hear fr u yesterday. Sorry 2 learn dat ure not so well at the mo’. Make sure u manage ur time well so u cn have enuff rest after work. Hopefully whatever dat ure goin thru now is only for the time being since ure new there. Give it 6 months or so, alrite? :)
Hm, nothing much happen at d kolej apart fr a lot of our colleagues are getting married dis august. & of course, a lot more works came & coming & going & coming….!
Oh ya, I better give d Apple sauce recipe here. Brenda said she’d like 2 try making it. Good! i’d like 2 rest from making any 4 a while, hehe..
Ø 8 good, sweet, crunchy rose apples (royal gala will do fine)Ø 1 cinnamon stickØ 1 table spoon of sugar (optional)1. Cut the apples into 8/10 lengthways & then halve them2. Put cinnamon stick into a pressure cooker (because the recipe doesn’t require adding water, so use any pot dat can help trap moisture/ add 3 table spoons of water just 2 b safe, so it doesn’t get burnt).3. Pour all the cut apples into the pot. Sprinkle some sugar on top (I usually don’t put any) & close the lid. Cook on low heatMakes 2 to 3 medium sized jam jars & great with cream crackers ;)U don’t really need 2 cut the apples into small pieces as they will get mushy after abt 10 min so they’l turn into somewhat smooth paste (like d baby food apple mash) as u stir them once in a while.
If u use a really good moisture-trapping pot, u wont need 2 stir it at all. Just wait after 10-15 min & it’s done! Some ppl pull away d apples’ skins afterwards. i’d say don’t, they have fibres, rite?!
I guess it’s done now, what ive promised u… until next time Kala. now u cn share d joy wit others & ur family there :) All da best, dear!
