Out of all of the things he got, Porter's favorite gifts this year were his Spiderman Slippers and his Iron Man gear. The kid is way into superheroes! He even wore his slippers to church one week. Yeah, I know. But I have to pick my battles around here.
Ivy asked for a Barbie, and instead she got 3 barbies, lots of clothes, a barbie kitchen and a car. She loves them!
We set out milk and cookies for Santa, and carrots for the reindeer. This was the first thing Porter wanted to check when he woke up on Christmas morning. He was really excited when he saw that Santa had come!I'm way behind, but I didn't want to miss blogging about Christmas! Christmas at our house was great this year! The kids had so much fun anticipating Santa's arrival, so we all really got into it. John was on call Christmas eve, so he didn't get home until about 11:00 in the morning on Christmas day. The kids and I spent the morning upstairs eating breakfast, watching movies and coloring. Then as soon as our tired Daddy got home, we rushed downstairs to check out the loot that Santa left. Santa must have had fun shopping for my kids this year, because they made a haul!
