Guidelines on Task Analysis
You may want to do your coursework continuously and not save each section separately. This will help you save the no. of pages.
- Please have a title (Task Analysis) for this section
- Begin with typing the question on top, after the question
- Underline the key words in the question
- Decide if you are using a mindmap (drawn or typed) or table to present your exploration of key words
- Start off with key word, then go on to the questions you would ask to help you explore for related factors
- If you are using a table, you can choose to type out the questions in the table and then fully explain your answers or related factors (same thing) in another column in the table or in paragraphs after the table is done.. Related factors means giving some of the possible answers to the questions.....NOT ALL ANSWERS otherwise it would be like research. All related factors for each keyword should be explained in paragraphs (each keyword, one para).
- If you are doing a mind map, you will need to explain the related factors for each keyword in paragraphs too as mindmaps cannot contain all details. The mindmap should contain all the questions for each keyword.
- Next, you will need to do a Priority List. As priorities mean what's important, similarly, you will need to list the important steps you would need to do for each component of the coursework, starting from TA right up to Evaluation. Have sub-headings for each component and do bullet points to show these steps

Project Deadline 26 Sep 07
Dear class,
The deadline for your project (coursework part B) will be due the next time I see you in class (26 Sep 07 - 3rd week of term 4). Please ensure that you have finished all parts of the project. Your final yr exams will begin on 4th week of term 4. So we don't have much time!
Meanwhile, we've been lucky to be able to have a relief teacher, Ms Lai to teach you. I've asked Ms Lai to give you practical lessons while I'm away (as I have promised earlier before I left for official duties). Treat Ms Lai well - she's nice :)
Be good, don't play too hard & take care!
