Cabin Fun
After Christmas we packed up the car, loaded the new bobsked on the roof, and headed to the cabin.
Grandmother & Papa were sad to say Bye to Milo when it was time for him to head over the Richards for his own fun adventures.
The BR2 car came up later, once Boston was off work, but when we got to winter parking, Dad & Kay were off helping a stranded cabin man. Seems like every winter trip to the cabin we are either helping others become un-stuck or others are helping us become un-stuck. I guess it comes with the territory.
They did eventually make it to us.

Christ is the Reason for the Season
Today we celebrated Christmas - both the birth and life of our Savior Jesus Christ.
It is He who has taught us about the true joys and giving and the true joys of receiving.
We remember Him and his gift of everlasting joy and peace that comes to us through His love and inifinite atonement. There was lots of joy this morning as we were able to give and receive gifts that are fun and meaninful to those we love.
Kay got Emi new black Converse, since she wore hers so often this semester.

We loved this day. Loved being together, Loved being able to attend church and partake of the sacrament. Love this time of year when we get to focus more on the Savior and the endless and eternal gifts He provides each one of us. 💗
