This lovely shot was taken when Kevin and I were getting ready to head out in celebration of Jennifer and Jeff's birthdays. Sorry about the messy shirt it was a hard day at day care and yes I know he looks exactly like Kevin.

Here he is testing the spaghetti or as he calls it "slurp, slurp." He thought it tasted great.
Klayton has also started to play outside by himself which is wonderful. As many of you know any kind of alone time for Klayton is a miracle but since he loves to be outside this was really a blessing. The other day while I was cooking he kept saying outside. So I told him he could go but "mommy was going to cook." He stayed out there for almost 30 minutes. I was pumped. Finally, Grandma and Klayton love to play soccer (again running and outside why not) and she is proud to announce that he can now kick the ball while he is running. 
He is a little fast so it is hard to get his face for the action shot but you get the idea.
This month we have also had a birthday party for Anneliese (sorry no pics I said I was bad) and it was so cute to see the two of them interacting. They really are started to play together now. He has also transitioned to a big boy bed. The transition went super smooth. To this date he has not gotten out of the bed (knock on wood) which is wonderful. Now a few times he has wanted to play in the bed instead of sleep but never unhappy just playing in the bed which makes it really hard to get mad at him. Again, no pictures because the room is far from finished but we do have a big boy bed and new comforter and I'll share more details later.
