Lily's future plans!

While driving home the other day Lily and I had the following conversation:
Lily: Mom when I get as big as you, and can drive, I am going to drive to Disneyland.
Me: okay Lily when you get as big as mommy then you can drive
there.
I just love her. She is always saying things that make me smile. She is getting so grown up it makes me wonder where time has gone.

Lily's Brithday!

Lily just loves The Princess and The Frog. She just had to have that on her birthday cake.

She loved all of her presents. She is at such a fun age. I just loved how she got excited with each one she opened.

Lily got her first bike. Although she does not know how to pedal, so right now it is collecting dust. Any suggestions on how to teach her how to pedal?

Paisley's 1st Birthday!

Pailsey opening some of her presents.

The birthday girl with her cake.

This is just a picture of her cakes.

I don't know what it is but my girls were both sick on their first birthday's. Which made Paisley grumpy when it came time for her to eat her cake, she wouldn't even touch it.

After all of our guest left, we let Lily push Paisley around in her new car. That was the happiest she was all night.

Where to Start!

Well lets just skip February for now and once I get all of my pictures hung up on the wall I will take some pictures of our new house. Because that is what February was full of (house stuff).

We started of March by a great trip to the happiest place on earth DISNEYLAND! We went with some of Brock's family. We had were fortunate enough to see several of our friends there (Hale's, Packer's, and the Wilbur's).

This is how are car ride to Disneyland went. Really the girls were great it was just the last hour that we got stuck in traffic that I couldn't keep her happy, that is why I had to resort to cookies. Brock was embarrassed to take her into the hotel.

Day 1
Addie, Lily, and I on the rockets.

Brock and Lily on the tea cups.

One of Lily's favorite Princesses. Princess Tiana from the Princess and the Frog. We also saw Tinker Bell, Fawn, Jasmine and Aladdin.

One of the many times Lily showed her bum crack.

The perfect ending to a perfect day.

Day 2
We started the day by waiting in line to see the Princesses. We were able to see three; Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, and Snow White. After that we had the opportunity to see the Wilbur's. But I guess that I didn't get any pictures.

Lily loved seeing Mickey Mouse.

Minnie was so cute with Lily. She even took the time to come and see Paisley in the stroller.

Goofy was well, Goofy.

Brock and Lily with their 3D glasses on at the Bugs Life movie.

The Pixar Parade was so fun. That is when I got Brock hooked on the Churros. We had one the next two days.

Day 3
This day we spent it in California Adventures. We did a lot of fun things. Lily got to meet Jesse and Woody.

Day 4
Lily was so excited to ride in the cars. We attempted to go on them once and it broke down when they were in the front of the line. When we first walked up to get in line she stood up to the height marker and she kept saying that she was bigger. I guess that was her way of saying that she got to go on the ride.

Kate, Ethan(Packer) and Lily in Toon Town.

I needed to put a Picture of Paisley since she isn't in any of today.

Rachel(Hale), Kate, Lily and Ethan during are churro break.

Lily just loved the Parade. She even got to go dance around with some of the characters.

More of March to come.

Christmas Day 2009

When Lily looked in her stocking she couldn't get past the princess candy canes. She was so excited.

Paisley got her first baby and a new bike/walker.

Lily got pretty much anything that had to do with princesses. She got 5 new princess barbies and lots of new puzzles.

We had a great Christmas and really enjoyed watching Lily this year. She was so excited with everything she opened and with Santa. I can't wait until next year.

Enjoying the Christmas Season

This year we decided to take the girls to see the lights at temple square. It was pretty cold out, so we only lasted about an hour.

This picture is not that great, but it was the best that I got of them together in their Christmas dresses.

Pailsey was fine with Santa. She just looked at him like when did grandpa grow a beard.

Lily just loved Santa this year. Every time she saw him she was right up close and always wanting to sit on his lap.

Santa picked Lily to be a reindeer when we sang. She was so excited. I got a good video. When I can figure it out I will post it.
