Keeping up with the Faucette's

What can I say, but I have another woman in my life. Good thing is, my wife is cool with it! Kelsey Lynn Faucette was born August 21st, at 4:04 pm. She weighed in at 7 lbs., 15 ounces, and a whopping 20 inches. HUGE! Well, not really. But what she lacks in size she MORE than makes up for in cuteness. Look, I could go on and on about how great she is, but I will let the pictures speak for themselves. I will be short and just say that everything with the birth went well. Nicole perfomed just as beautifully as she is, and Kelsey was born. Hope you like. I know you will.

So, I just had my last doctor's appt. today to see if I'm dialated at all and....I'm not. I'm 38 weeks and 2 days and I was hoping she would come on her own, but since they think she's a big girl they can't wait until my due date which is August 26th. So, I'm being induced on Wednesday the 20th at 3pm. The bad news, from what the doc and other people have told me is that being induced takes a really long time. I wont actually have her until the following evening which means I have to stay in the hospital for what will seem like an eternity. Hopefully the sleeping pill they give me will make it go a bit faster. :)
In the mean time I hope this next week goes by fast because I'm getting really anxious to see her! We can't wait!
