Happy Easter!

Elizabeth really got the hang of hunting Easter eggs, especially after 3 egg hunts :)
Her first one was with her play group at a friends house. She really liked collecting all the eggs!

She even tried to grab more than one at a time.

Now she is looking for the little treasures inside the eggs...lucky charms!

more lucky charms :)

Lots of Love!
Another Easter Egg hunt, another pretty Easter dress!!
We went to the church Easter Egg hunt on Saturday morning, but they had it in a playground so Elizabeth didn't look for any eggs and ran straight for the slide!

Eating cookies with Dad :)

She is not happy with the empty Easter basket.

She finally found her friend Bayne, and wanted to give her a hug!

We had Easter dinner with our Officer Christian Fellowship group at Kim's house. They had another egg hunt...and again...Elizabeth was not that into the hunt...I think she was tired of it by then. Here is a picture of all the kiddos, and Elizabeth's facial expression sums up her attitude by the end of the week!!

Ready, Set, GO!

Chasing bubbles!

Elizabeth really loves chasing the bubbles in the yard, but she gets so frustrated when she can't catch them.

Elizabeth, Samantha and Emilie are all very close in age and love playing together, but they are a bit competitive :)

A good friend of mine, Christina, took some pictures of Elizabeth in her Easter dress at the Azalea Park in Summerville.

Spring in Charleston

Cara, Nathan's sister came to visit us for her Spring Break this past week! Elizabeth loved playing and getting to know her aunt Cara. Here are a few things we did on her visit...we had a lot of fun and were glad that she got a chance to visit us!!

Nathan, Kathy and Cara at the Fleet Landing for dinner in Charleston.

Kathy and Christina.
We had some good friends that met us downtown for dinner. Kathy, Cara and Tina

We just hung out around the house on Sunday, and took a bike ride later.
As you can see...Elizabeth and Dakota are best friends. Elizabeth loves to give Dakota treats!

Elizabeth also LOVES the new puppy across the street, "bo"! When we drive down the street now she will point to the house and say "puppy, puppy", so we have to visit Bo almost everyday.

She likes her sunglasses!

We took a carriage ride to tour downtown Charleston one afternoon. Charleston really is a beautiful city with SO much history and things to do and see!

We took a break from touring the city and went to the Rooftop Bar at the Vendue Inn.
The day before Cara left we went to Magnolia Plantation to see the beautiful gardens and swamps where about 500 wild alligators roam free.
One of the alligators up close, he eventually got spooked and jumped into the swamp!
