Here are some of the things we have been doing this summer! We have spent a lot of time with our neighbors and friends, just enjoying the beautiful weather in Washington!!

Elizabeth has been wanting to ride the Mount Rainier Scenic Railway! Mainly because I think she thinks it actually goes "over" the mountain like the Polar Express. I have tried convincing her this is not what this train ride will be like, but she was very set on going someday. So, we had beautiful weather over 4th of July weekend and Nathan had a long weekend, so we took a week day and rode the train. The scenery was beautiful, but we only saw Mount Rainier from a far. Elizabeth still loved every minute, there is not much that disappoints this little girl!

Summer fun in the sun! We hang out with our neighbors at least 2-3 times a week. Lisa and I have become great friends! Aidan is good friends with Elizabeth, while Carley and Reese (11 months) are going to be great friends one day too! Our dogs are even friends and have play dates :)
