2026 REPRINTS

Trade Paper, May

The #1 New York Times-bestselling author presents a new novel about an injured cop who must fight to bring down a pair of twisted killers.

Trade Paper, October

Long ago, Arthur Poole built a grand house overlooking the turbulent ocean, in a Maine village that bore his name. Today, Sonya MacTavish lives in that house―a manor that has been cursed for generations. Within its walls, she has witnessed the deaths of seven brides and the thefts of seven wedding rings. And now, to break the curse and banish a malevolent spirit once and for all, a difficult task must be completed.

In Chapter 2 we get a bit more of Sunny's point of view. She's observant and frustrated with Cal's brother. -Laura
#timeschange

Text over a kitchen counter reads:
The man had acted odd right from the start, Sunny decided. The way he’d come into the house unannounced to stand in her bedroom and pore over a copy of Vogue as if it were the Dead Sea Scrolls.
Then there was his behavior in the kitchen. Playing with the faucet. And staring. It was as though he’d never seen a stove or refrigerator before. Or hadn’t seen one in a very long time.

Same world 🌎 two different times. Everything is “new” to him although older than him.

He’s a stranger in a strange world.

Well he is from the future, so he had to test the faucet to see how it works. And an actual magazine. How profound. lol

We're taking a short break before The Choice to discuss part two of Nora's time-travel duology: Times Change.
In Chapter 1, we meet Jacob Hornblower on his quest to find his brother, now living back in time. Jacob's just a tiny bit of a history snob, isn't he? But Sunbeam Stone takes him down a notch at their first meeting. -Laura
#timeschange
PS, since people will ask, Time Was and Times Change were initially published in 1989. They have been reprinted in paperback several times if you search for one of the titles you should find it. And both are available as ebooks.

Text in a green box reads:
“I don’t want to have to hurt you, so get up slow. Then get yourself downstairs and out. You’ve got thirty seconds.”
Keeping his eyes on hers, he braced himself on one elbow. When dealing with a member of a primitive culture it was wise to go slowly. “Excuse me?”

Hard one to find. Is Time and Again both?

They are both so stubborn. He is wise to go slowly with her.

Two hard headed. That first encounter was epic. Like the story

Last quote from The Becoming, a post battle discussion between Keegan and Breen. More battles to come, but first we'll discuss Times Change starting Monday. -Laura

Text in a purple circle reads:
“I didn’t protect you. They separated us, and I couldn’t protect you.”
“You trained me to fight. With a sword, with my fists, with my power. And I did. It’s not like the training field. You tried to teach me that, too, but I didn’t know.” Her throat clogged; her eyes welled. “I didn’t know. Now I do.”

I love this from Keegan. It would be lovely to have a protector. AND, Breen's response is perfect. Yes, he did protect her.

Breen knew he was not there to protect her, but to teach her to defend (his favorite word in training). Still, he feel responsible for her. Two similar minds

The last chapter is easily the best in the book. Breen understands what Keegan had been trying to tell her all along. He, too, realizes he can trust her to keep herself safe when he can't.
