"Jakey" is what we are calling Jacob these days. Somehow it's the nickname that stuck so we're rolling with it because that's what Jack calls his brother. Anyway, I feel like I don't do too many just Jacob updates so I figured before he turns ONE THIS MONTH (wow) I better do a few posts:) He is different than Jack and he is the same.
The thing they have in common is that they are both VERY verbal. Jacob is already saying several words and I didn't think it possible that he would be as verbal as Jack but I guess Jacob is picking up a lot of words from his big brother;) He attempts to say most words if you tell him to. His current favorite is telling Jack and us 'no no'.
They are very different in that Jacob is my 'hip baby'. He is most happy with me holding or hugging him. VERY snuggly which I love. Althought I do hope he decides to walk at some point:) He is extremely sensitive. He cries if someone is talking to loud. He also throws very dramatic fits that I've shown a picture of. He is in no hurry to not be my baby anymore despite Jack's attempts to help him grow up.
