Been anticipating the wkend for a gd movie after 1 wk of attachment. Thus, kian and i decided to watch FD 3 cos we've watched the first 2 episodes of it. Frankly speaking, it's boring.. The only difference from the past 2 episodes is the way the characters died. In a grosser and bloody way. In fact, once the premonition starts, u can sleep thru the movie. haha.. But if u still wanna watch, i suggest u watch it during the wk days; put ur $9.50 to better use.
Anyway, i came across something when i was reading the mag, so i thought i can share it with u..
IF YOU SLEEP ON YOUR STOMACH
Slide a pillow under your pelvis to lessen the load on your back. You might also want to consider doing away with a pillow under your head to avoid straining your neck.
IF YOU SLEEP ON YOUR SIDE
Slip a pillow between your knees to ease the pressure on your back and hip.
IF YOU SLEEP ON YOUR BACK
Place a rolled towel under your lower back and a pillow or bolster under your knees to relax your spine.
