Our Trip to Idaho and Utah
In the middle of February Chris' grandmother passed away. She was an amazing woman and we loved her very much. So we headed to Idaho for the funeral. The girls were so excited to go to Idaho! We were able to see lots of family and celebrate Grandma's life.
We stayed in a hotel in Idaho (which Madison loved). She was so tired!
We got to spend a few days in Provo with Chris' family. There was a big snow storm and Grandma Dottie helped the girls paint the snow with colored water bottles! They loved it!
Grandpa Mike got all the grandkids "Jimmer"shirts! My girls defintely know who Jimmer is and loved wearing his number and cheering for the Cougars!

Valentine's
Grandma sent Madison a Fancy Nancy Valentine Story book. We have read it so many times!!! In it Nancy makes her own Valentine's, so Madison wanted to make her own for her preschool class. Each one was different. The one on the right is her favorite creation. She also decorated (with my guidance) sugar cookies for everyone.

Valentine's Tea Party
After Halloween Madison started talking about a Valentine's party just for girls. She has been planning and planning. After Christmas, the Valentine's decor couldn't be stocked soon enough for her. She was so excited for this special party. She invited to friends and Claire and everyone was instructed to wear their finest princess attire. We made cupcakes...
We decorated and of course had pink punch, heart shaped grilled cheese sandwiches, homemade caramel dip and apples, and grapes.

All Gussied up
Just some cute pictures of the girls ready for church a few weeks ago! We went with the natural curl for Claire.

Breakfast and snuggling
Madison learned about Nursery Rhymes at preschool and made puppets. So her and Claire gave us several puppet shows.
