And we danced....

Lily has so many dresses it is ridicules.  They are all in such good condition and each child has probably only worn once!  I love these girls so much and we are all so excited for Christmas.  I found two new teeth in Lily's mouth on Sunday...explains runny nose and irritability and fingers in mouth...why am I always too late!!

Saturday December 13th we had our Ward Christmas Breakfast. It was very impressive.  There was eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, cinnamon rolls, fruit, pancakes and french toast!  Everything was delicious.  The kids performed a flash mob song of Away in a Manager.  Madison and Claire started it off.  Santa was there as well.  We had a great time!

We got to come in for Evelyn's last gymnastics class.  She was so pleased to show us what she can do!  I love that she is in there without me now!

Watching the Christmas house who's lights dance to the music...a little show.  This was our second time stopping and watching.  The girls LOVE it and want to go again!

Claire was picked as the star student last week.  She was so excited!  Monday she brought a poster about herself.  It was such a typical Claire poster...wishing for a butler, wants to be a rockstar when she grows up...Tuesday she got to bring 5 things to show the class 1-Tea Set Grandma brought from Germany 2-Soccer Trophy 3-Unicorn 4-Fur real pony 5-Sea shells (her favorite place is the beach!) Wednesday a letter to the class written by her parents telling them about Claire Thursday-her favorite book to share with the class "My Garden"  Friday-the class makes a book for Claire about why they think she's a Star Student!  I got to have lunch with her one day...I brought McDonald's breakfast since her lunch is so early!  It was fun for her to feel special all week.  It was great!

We started the day with a 3rd grade kickball tournament.  Madison played awesome and had so much fun!!  Then Madison and Claire had a Christmas piano recital.  They both did great!  Madison played O Come All Ye Faithful and Jingle Bells (Claire played the tambourine).  Claire played Deck the Halls and Up on the Housetop.  Then we headed to the Bellagio Gardens with friends to see the winter display.  We were not disappointed.  The kids all loved!
