And we danced....

Grandma & Papa sent a Halloween package. The girls were all so excited!  It was filled with all kinds of fun things and they loved these scary teeth lollipops!

Our Saturdays are filled with soccer games and BYU football games. We love fall time!  Lily got a donut at Claire's game and LOVED it!  She was quite the mess!  Claire won big.  She hardly got to play because the other time only had 4 players there...supposed to have 8.  So she only had 2 goals.  She's up to 18 for the season.  Madison got slaughtered 8-0.  Come to find out the club team had 3 or 4 older players playing down because they didn't have enough.  So not fair and brutal to our girls!



Claire had Lily helping her practice the piano.  Madison and Claire are really enjoying piano lessons.  I love have a piano in the house.  I love when Chris sits down and plays or when I get a chance to play.

We headed to the museum again last week. Every day Evelyn asks if she can go to the museum. She loves going and it's so nice since it's not crowded at all!!

Pictures of my sick baby.  Not only did she have a cold and fever but she is now cutting teeth so still runny nose and sometimes a fever.  But she is doing better than she was last week.  She was just so tired and wanted to snuggle and sleep.

So I've been going walking 6 mornings a week since school started. I usually go at 5 am and then on Saturdays it's usually a little later.  I walk in our neighborhood.  One morning I was just walking along...it's still dark outside and I see something move.  It is a giant bird and it startled and scared me.  I couldn't figure out what it was.  Well, I finally figured out it was a female peacock.  It was loud and big.  It makes me really uncomfortable.  One Saturday morning I could hear it but not see and all of the sudden it is flying low over my head.  It was on the opposite side of the street on a different house and was flying back to it's usual house.  I quickly walked away and when I looked back there it was on the roof.  Luckily it's usually not out at 5.  But when the sun comes up it starts yelping and makes itself known!

One day I told her how dirty her face was and I told her I would take a picture to show her.  This was the face she chose to make for the picture.

Madison is performing the musical "Peter Pan" for her musical theater class. So we were talking about the movie Hook. I ordered it from the library a few weeks ago and it was finally our turn. We watched it last week. Madison and Claire loved it! Claire was laughing out loud. It was so fun to watch with them. Later that night as Chris and I were going to bed, Evelyn started crying. I went into her room and she wasn't even hardly awake but she kept telling me that she didn't like pirates.  I think Evelyn got a little scared.

This was just a few days before sickness over took this sweet baby.  We were at Madison's soccer practice and she was being so cute.  She kept flirting with one of the girls' Dad.  She would not leave him alone.  She kept saying "Hi" and doing everything she could to get his attention.  She now has a terrible cold, getting new teeth and I'm no longer nursing...it's been a rough week!  I feel so bad for my sweet baby girl!

Last April we bought a pass to the children's museum. My kids absolutely love the place.  Last week I took Evelyn and Lily while the girls were at school.  Madison and Claire were very jealous.  Evelyn had a ball.  There was hardly anyone there.  She played in the Vet Clinic by herself for 40 minutes.  It was so cute to watch.  Lily had fun too.  It was a slower pace and perfect for these two!

We've been trying all kinds of new hair styles on Madison this school year to keep her hair up.  We do NOT want lice this year.  This is a bow bun.  It's been fun and she loves asking what style we're doing today.  I've learned all kinds of new things and even tried a few on myself!  She's a little sad in the second picture because we had just broke the news to the kids that our best friends were moving from Las Vegas to Utah.  We're all pretty devastated!!!

Lily is getting closer to walking.  She'll take 10 steps at a time and does a FAST bear crawl.  I don't think it will be long before she is running everywhere.  We're still trying to figure out naps with school.  Most days she just gets one but would prefer two!  She has 9 teeth and a bad cold right now.  She definitely prefers cuddling with Mom.  Makes my heart hurt to see her sad and uncomfortable.  Everyone is adjusting well to school and activities.  Claire has 9 goals after two games and Madison had 3 in her first game.  This week is their auditions for their musical theater production.  They can't wait to find out what part they land!  Evelyn is loving dance, preschool and gymnastics.
