Our High Schooler

Larin

Our very own sleuth is credited for the arrest of a BBD (Big Bad Dude). Larin was showering when the burglar entered our home. Larin must have startled him and he left without taking anything as near as we can tell. Larin saw him leave, acquired his plate #, called us at work and Larry called the police and they apprehended him 30 minutes later. With 5 cop cars at our home and Larin making a positive ID I arrived at home, the officer told me that the BBD was 'jacked up on heroine'. Larin had pictures taken of the foot prints & tire tracks in the snow before the police arrived. BBD has confessed to over 25 burglaries in the valley since Sept 2007. I guess that is why there were 5 of them so fast. Notice attached paper article.

Our AGGIE -(Sorry Grandma-not BYU)

TASHINA

Tashina has just started school at USU. She is our first college student. We are very excited. She works with the Special Needs class at Logan High. She is planning to get a teaching certificate for Special Needs. She is also looking forward to 2009 when she is planning to serve a mission.

Orr's in the Armed Services

(NOT CHANCY)

CHANCY

Currently serving in Rustamiyah. He was trained in artillery and is now getting on the job training in infantry. He is the gunner on the first truck of the convoy. We just sent him suckers to give to the kids. One little girl (app 4-5 years) was blowing him kisses. She melted his heart. This in NOT Chancy in the picture. It is a picture of what he does over there. I hope to get a picture and post it of his actual person on the job.

BAY

Currently serving in Rustamiyah area (app 11 mi. SE of Baghdad). He is an underpaid squad leader. Chancy says he is the most 'squared away' squad leader that Fort Polk had. So I guess the pay is a minimal thing (pun intended). Bay is the one standing in the back.
