Kennedy at Church

Her daddy sent this to me while I was in class!

Not sure if Kennedy knows exactly why we go to church.
I try to tell her that we are supposed to eat the Sacrament...not Snickers!!!

Fun Times in the Hot Sun

Sometimes the only thing to do in 110 degree weather is to SWIM!!! Lately, all they want to do is swim...swim...swim where ever they can. The boys are starting to look like little Indians they have been in the pool so much!

Shari & Ty

Kennedy loves being in the pool...her feet are like little raisins when she gets out.

Carter has lost one of his front teeth.... HUGE gap as you can see!!!

Kortney & Truman
Kalia & Grant

We had two wonderful families, The Mannings & The Bakers, over yesterday for a little BBQ and swim party. It was perfect! Just the right amount of people in our little play pool. We have been so blessed to make such great friends at our new home in Arizona.

It Has Been 8 Wonderful Years!!!

We met in July of 1999...Married June 9, 2000 Casey and I have been married for eight wonderful years!!! We were married June 9, 2000 and went through the Salt Lake City Temple September 30, 2000. We met through the missionaries and I would have to say that it was love at first sight. We felt like we had met before and a great friendship instantly formed. First and formost we are the best of friends. We love to hang out and to just be together. We can talk to each other about anything and we laugh constantly! It's a win win all the way around.
We had our first little bundle of joy...Carter Elexander was only a few weeks old.

Sedona,AZ

The King's Ransom Hotel where John Wayne and Elvis Presley stayed.

Friday morning my wonderful husband surprised me with a get away trip to Sedona, AZ for the weekend. He had it all arranged with Chelsey to watch the kiddos until Sunday evening. (THANKS CHELS!) I woke up Friday morning to a handmade puzzle scattered about the floor leading to a bouquet of beautiful gladiolas. It said that I had a day to get packed and that we would be leaving early Saturday morning for our get away! We had a great time... we stopped at a great little outlet mall for a few hours, then we went to Sedona's old Uptown to eat at a wonderful restaurant for dinner. After having a fabulous steak we went out for ice cream and then to the late show. We saw Indiana Jones. It was pretty good...however, I am easy to please... Casey fell asleep several different times but what's new?!!! HAHA!

Casey tried homemade salsa in every store we went in...searching for the perfect one.

We saw this real stuffed bear in a neat shop Uptown.

Sunday morning we went to a wonderful little cafe at an art gallery for breakfast. We also went to a little glass church called the Holy Cross Chapel. It was built within a red rock mountain. It was absolutely beautiful up there in the red rock mountains. The view everywhere we went was perfect! I wanted to say thank you to my wonderful husband for planning such a great trip.
