Our California Family

While visiting Disneyland we were able to see Great Grandma RaRa. She was ecstatic to see us and our visiting time was just perfect. Grandma has three...count them 3...cats! The kids chase them around the house for entertainment. Nicely of course!

We met Casey's brother Cody at the Orange County Swap Meet.
You can get the best stuff at the best prices there!
This is us eating there with his great roommates Derek and Jeffrey. Grant wasn't feeling too well that day...too long at Disneyland I guess...so he thru up his lunch on poor Derek's shoe! Welcome to pre fatherhood! :) They were all really great about it though.

M - I - C - K - E - Y M - O - U - S - E!

We went last weekend to Disneyland with our good friends, the Ridgways. We had a hopper pass to go from Disneyland to California Adventures. It was an absolute blast!!! We hadn't ever been to CA Adventures before and as it turned out...we took a poll as to what our favorite rides were and they all turned out to be at CA Adventures! Disneyland has atmosphere hands down but CA Adventures is the place to be for rides!!!

A Bugs Life... great experience! Expect the Unexpected!!!

Casey and Carter were the only ones to get on this ride... It was a Free FALL from 20 stories high. There were plastic shields in front of them to catch...something ...YUCK!

Kennedy's first time riding on her own seat! She was thrilled to be a BIG Girl!

Meet - N - Greet the Sub


Well - we went to the Primary Activity this morning..."meet and greet your new primary teacher". It was more like meet n greet the substitute! Funny we thought. The kids didn't seem to mind or know the difference though. It was very well put together... they had cute activities and a great lunch for the kiddos to enjoy.

Who Was Watching Kennedy?



Yep! Kennedy is taking a bath in her clothes! While running the bath water and getting everything ready for bath time. Kennedy decided to take it upon herself to get into the bath by herself... clothes n all! She didn't seem to mind one bit that she was fully dressed... it was all the same to her!

Our New Orvinator




I didn't have a working camera until I opened my new one for Christmas...then I had to charge the battery. So, not too many picks of presents but here are a few of them enjoying them now. Their favorite ones on warm sunny days... which is what we have most around here are their scooters and the golf cart. That's right. We got the kids a golf cart for Christmas!!! It is pretty old but we stripped it down, repainted it, vinyled it, and gave it a name. The Orvinator!!!! We drive it all around the neighborhood! The kids have crashed it a few times already but it seems to be pretty resilient. It only goes around 7 1/2 mph right now... we are trying to fix that. We would like to Cruise around the neighborhood...not Creep around the neighborhood!






















After all of the unwrapping the kids layed down to watch one of their new movies and we had a little nap time. It was raining and pretty chilly outside... a great day for relaxing.

Christmas Eve





Kennedy wasn't as thrilled as the boys were about Santa...

We went to the Manning's house for a little Christmas Eve Party. Santa stopped by while delivering all of his gifts for the night. The kids were all so excited! They just sat around Santa in "Aw" waiting for their name to be called so they could sit on his lap and get their gift.
