Our Crazy Circus

I teach at the Aquatic Center which is run by the city, one of the ladies that I teach with in the morning works for the city also and asked if Carly and I would like to work during the summer for the food program? Of course we said yes! Filling out the application it came to "Job Experience"..WHAT? I am a stay at home mom, I can do anything, I am a CFO, CEO, Chauffeur, Chef, Stylist, Housekeeper...however they do not ask that and to them it isn't a real thing..So I just put 'stay at home since 2003'...I wouldn't trade what I do for anything!

Another Movie Night and this time is was Tinkerbell...We got some fairies and hung them from the ceiling..This was is Haley's favorite fairy.. Had Iridessa's Fairy Potion Drink, Tinkerbell's Fairy wands, Rosetta's craisain and apple salad etc...

Got home from church, ate a little lunch, Haley made Tinkerbelle wands for our movie night, blogging to get that point for the day, and now going to take a nap because we are not eating until about 630ish...

Tomorrow is Monday and the kids will be at the bus stop at 630 waiting for 1 1/2 hours for the bus to come. I will lock the doors and they are not aloud in until 430 when they are off the bus for the day...I love my children!

Also, going to the second hand store to donate some clothes and maybe find some more shorts for Harper...

Off to nap!

We got up early to get to Calders game today, Chris did not go as he has not been able to sleep or to breathe. His allergies are horrible right now...Any who..we get up at 700 leave at 800 and the other team who is from one of the reservations here DID NOT SHOW...Last season Calders team beat them 15-0, so not a great game to watch but at least the boys would be able to work on other positions and ball skills...

We went to the mall to find Haley a swimsuit and again she is not in a 10 year old body and the swimsuits that they have for her are all very immodest for her age. We will keep looking..

The boys went on a quad ride with Daddy and came back and finished the tile in the bathroom. I did more of my Venetian plaster..

Got the kids to get their backpacks together and part of their lunches together for Monday, showers, watch Star Wars..The boys got to pick and off to bed..

It is friday and thank goodness, the kids go back to school in 2 days! I never knew how spoiled I am with 3 of them in full time school..

The house is cleaned and I took a 4 hour nap today after I taught spin, which was very nice. Calder has a game tomorrow at 845 in the morning and then I will be working on my ventian plaster that I am doing for my stairs..

Lucky the Leprechaun came to visit us...Haley was a big help with this one! Lucky messed up the house and threw streamers everywhere! The younger 3..

I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, DISLIKE SPRING BREAK! Espcecially when we have to stay home the week and we have no vacation plans...

On a good note can I just tell all of you how much fun I have working out with my friend Carly..She pushes me to go harder and faster then I want to (shooting for the stars:) It is great to have a workout partner that makes you more competitive..Love her!

I was grocery shopping at Wallys and almost ready to check out when I get this frantic phone call from Haley saying Caleb sliced open Harper's finger and it is bleeding and it won't stop.

So while I was hurrying to check out I let her know to get a wet rag and hold it there but she was already doing that and then to give her some tylenol and I would be home.

When I got home the blood was cleaned up and Harper had a princess bad aid on and was laying down..Both Haley and Calder did a great job taking care of their baby sister!

Oh, and it was NOT deep enough to get stitches so NOW she has 3 semi-deep cuts..on her finger, on her forehead and on the top of her head..YEAH HARPER!

The kids are out this week and for some reason I am crazy busy with subbing classes and trying to clean the house and making sure the kids don't kill each other...I have no idea why I'm busier and I cannot get on top of what is going on with the kids being at home!

Laundry is the bain of my existence, my goal today was to just finally finish it. I had so many loads is what sick! Oh well, the existence of a Happy Mother!

I still need to get taxes done and the rest of the house cleaned...

Life goes on AND then you die...

Chris and I are very lucky to have another Trombley in our class this year. (We had her older brother Kolten last year) We teach the 7 going on 8 year olds and we dearly love them. The stories that they tell!

Jocelyn was the first in our class to be baptized. What a wonderful experience for her and what an amazing thing to be able to witness. It is a wonderful reminder of the promises we make to the Lord and the promises that he makes to us.

She had this wonderful glow about her and I know that it comes from making those righteous decisions. She looked very pretty in a lovely dress her grandmother made for her.

Again, another Trombley made me cry! Dang those kids:)

PS..On a side note I DID NOT get a point in the sweets category for Saturday. I ate a cookies and cream cupcake that Katie (Jocelyn's mom) made!! Well worth giving up the point!

My mother in law Mary had to have surgery last week..She is doing well and feeling much better. However, I let him know that he should call his mom and see how she is doing. So he did and had a 5 minute conversation with someone that asked about the kids and the weather and then wanted to know if he wanted to speak to Grandma..Come to find out Chris dialed the wrong number by 1 digit and made an old man's night by talking to him!

We were looking at different posters for the boys' room. I want them to have good role models and uplifting things in all their rooms. NOT POSTERS OF MEGAN FOX (it has already been asked and VETOED). We were looking at Real Hero Posters ( http://realheroposters.com/) and we saw some of Captain Moroni, Armies of Helaman, David and Golith, Lehi and his dream..So I asked the boys which one they wanted and Caleb picks out Captain Mornoni or the Armies of Helaman one. Calder picks out Lehi and his dream. SO I asked why to both, Caleb 'cuz they have swords'..Calder 'because he had a dream that all of his family was with him in heaven but two of his kids and we have to do whats right so that we can get to heaven and be a family forever, we need to follow the Iron Rod'

This weekend is a weekend off from soccer. So we are getting the backyard ready to open the pool and cleaning..yada, yada, yada...I had the AMAZING idea to go to Duke City Donuts and have a donut..(for those of you doing the challenge, I would have skipped the point!:))I tell Haley that is what we can do and she tells me NO. She doesn't want to because she wants to beat me in points..I told her that she can take a free point for that and she still says no. Never thought I'd see the day when my sugar happy daughter is telling me No to sugar! Lame!!! I'm guessing no donuts this weekend....:(

Calder's first grade class celebrated Dr. Suess's B-day by giving a little musical. It was so cute and I am so disappointed that blogger can't take videos uploaded to them..Anyway, he got a little speaking part and he got to say , Help, Help'..He did a good job and it was really cute

When I am busy doing things around the house she will take it upon herself to go to her princess pillow and cover up with her blanket and go to 'eep' . I love it
