We have been in AZ since August and were able to celebrate the New Year with just our family setting off fireworks.
It has been a hard transition to being away for 7 years to being back closer to family; however we are making adjustments and moving forward.
Chris is enjoying his job and feels as if he is accomplishing things. We are looking for a house that we may call home for a long period of time!
Haley is beautiful. She is getting straight A's, excels in her dance class, is amazing at piano, started volleyball training and now getting ready for Young Women. She is my right hand with everything and am so grateful that I have her.
Calder is a choice spirit. Still getting straight A's, excels at Club Soccer, started Guitar lessons, and loves scouts. When he isn't so tired he is such a help with his baby sister and brother.
Caleb is my special spirit. Beautiful eyes and dimples that Grams would always try to steal. He is doing well in soccer and is playing on Calder's team next season. This is a big year for him as he will be 8 next and will be getting baptized.
Harper is my buddy. She goes with me everywhere. She does a once a week dance class and is actually pretty good. I lover her to pieces
This year we have learned a lot. I was so mad that we had to come back here but then grateful that I was able to see my grandmother one last time before she passed. Chris was able to see his before she passed as well. I am grateful for the gospel and knowing that I will get to see them again.
We have learned to have patience although Chris doesn't have any when it comes to certain things! The kids are growing faster and faster and I relish in our off nights where we can be home together.
We are excited for 2012 and what it will bring and being together during it will make it even better.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
