OUR LITTLE HELROD

Well Hunter will be 4 in two weeks, I have obviously not kept up with the blogging. Here is a pic to show how much he has grown up and we have a new one on the way!

It was so much easier when he was two, but thanks to Kennedy(notice her hand in the bottom of the picture) with practice and good teaching he will surely figure out how to hold those three fingers proudly.

Don't have a lot of time to do a new blog but this pictures too funny not to post.

A while back I told Hunter to put some clothes on so we could go outside to play.

This is what he picked out! Really the only person that will truly appreciate this blog is my mother because for years of preschool she dealt with my battles of wanting to dress myself so this one is for you mom!

Atleast he stayed in the red and blue family, now the boots I just have no excuse for, haha.

Let's take this from the top.
Jake started a new job with Earth Tones Landscaping Company in Midlothian and he has sold some big jobs in the four months he has been with the company. Thanks to his talents we enjoyed a trip to Mexico. We went to Playa Del Carmen with Jake's boss Justin and his wife Christina.


We had quite the crazy experience our first night in Mexico and after a 3 hour bus ride that was only supposed to be an hour and a half, our rooms being sold by the time we arrived at the hotel and all 4 of us sleeping together in one room with no air conditioning and no water, Jake and Justin managed to get us great rooms with this view and $800 worth of free spa treatments! We enjoyed couple massages and Christina and I got mayan clay wraps. It was so fun to get pampered and not have to pay for it.

Four years ago almost to the month Jake and I were on our honeymoon in Cancun. This is exactly the same pose we have from our honeymoon. Still looking good babe!

I spent so much time sitting in the sand running my hands and feet through it.



What I didn't do was hold the pet of the day, this was one of the animals you could have your picture taken with, scared me to death!


In the evenings we would go out with Justin and Christina to the different restaraunts at the resort! This was Italian night, yummy!



Jake and Justin worked off all their food by playing beach volleyball literally every day for hours. I tried it for a little bit till I got nailed in the face and thought I would just take pictures. The guys enjoyed stuffing the ball in the faces of the Italians that were there at the resort. Here are a couple pictures.

Oh and did I mention the night before we left there was a Hurricane coming, check out the sky in these pictures. It was beautiful and terrifying at the same time.


On the long bus trip back to the airport I was so thankful to brush up on my English after all of the Espanol we were reading and speaking. The signs in the bus were so well written and made so much sense. I got a kick out of them!



It was a great trip! Thanks for working so hard Jake, now go sell another job so we can go back!

Three of the cutest kids born in the USA!!!!

Here are some pictures of Hunter and Kennedy we have hung out the last couple days and I just can't help but be in awe of how much they are growing. I also have a clip of Hunter and Kate at the end.

This is Hunter's friend Evan he is adorable.




I would like to point out that to have these two in the frame both somewhat smiling is an amazing thing. It is impossible to get them to both stay and smile. I wish the clarity of these were better, but I am so thankful to have them both looking I will take what I can get. Ha





I feel bad I never get many pictures of precious Kate. I usually just have the big kids together so I don't get to spend as much time with Kate. Here is a video of Hunter and Kate bonding.
