We occasionally make our way over to Balboa Island for a stroll.

The last time we went to Bass Lake

 we went up to Beasore Meadow for lunch.

The other day he picked up his Itsy Bitsy Spider book

and started doing the hand gestures.

E.T. was one of my favorite movies as a kid.

I had no idea that one day I would have a little boy,

who at the age of 1 year, would be doing E.T. impressions.

As I mentioned previously, we got a chair for Brady for his birthday.

I imagined him sitting in it while "reading" a book.

It's the perfect size for him to get into, and out of, easily on his own.

Apparently, it's also the perfect size to tip over and climb on.

Of course, Daddy is good about discouraging encouraging this behavior.

I can just imagine the trouble these two are going to get into together.

After 2 months of walking, Brady thinks he's an expert.

He challenges himself by walking around with a bucket on his head.
