Note Card & Tag ft. 'With Love' Patterned Papers

Hello Everyone!
Hope y'all are doing well & your family is staying safe & healthy!
This is Swati from Swati's Crafting World back on the blog with two beautiful projects using
"WITH LOVE" Papericious Papers.
Papericious has introduced two new beautiful Paper Packs with Embellishments Sets. You can check them HERE.

NOW LETS MOVE ON TO MY CREATIONS:
I've created two simple & beautiful projects. One is a small tag which is very easy to make. It would be great as a gift tag, stuck on a gift bag or box or even used on a page in a mini album. Second one is a note card, & creating a card like this is very easy, because once you make the base, that part is done & all you have to do is add your photos, words & a few embellishments. They're the perfect solution for capturing the memories & photos of a specific event, occasion, holiday, or celebrations. They look nice with or without an embellishment. But, in my creation I've added lot of dolies, diecuts from the WITH LOVE Paper Pack & few paper embellishments, charms.

HERE ARE SOME PICTURES:

Inspiration Projects

I have created two mixed media tags using the Billet Doux Paper Collection. These papers are very beautiful with red floral patterns and have a very vintage feel.
I have used the co-ordinating Cut & Create Embellishment Sheets and fussy cut beautiful flowers and foliage from them. I have also fussy cut elements from the paper pack. All the flowers are handmade from the Sigma Cardstock. I have used the Chalk Paint: Turret to color the main roses in focus. Have a look.

Over to Tulika now.

Hello friends,
Mother’s Day celebrates motherhood and is a day to make an extra-special effort to recognize and appreciate mothers’ roles in our lives. Often this day is extended to generations of mothers—grandmothers, great-grandmothers, stepmothers—as well as to mother figures.
Remembering this today I have made a card to celebrate it using Papericious Paper Pack "The Flickers". I have used their Cut and Create Emblishment Sheets too with little sequins. Here are the snaps -

Baby Theme Money Envelopes by Swati

Mornin' & Happy Friday, all!
This is Swati from Swati's Crafting World back with another Pictorial Post. Hope y'all are doing great. I've a cute project to share CASEin' one of the Papericious amazing newly launched Paper Pack LITTLE MS. MUFFETThe Papers are gorgeous medley of Vintage & Shabby Chic designs in BABY Theme apt for creating card & albums for both - Baby Girl & Baby Boy. I'm sure you're
going to love these pretty papers.

BABY THEME MONEY ENVELOPE

Money Envelopes are something that can be used in any season, & in any festival. I've made two envelopes, one for a Baby Girl in the shades of pink, & one for Baby Boy in the shades of brown.

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL

STEP-1
Take one piece of white cardstock of size 7.5"x7.5" & one piece of black cardstock of size 7.5"x7.5".

STEP-2
Score both the pieces of cardstock at 3" from one side & then turn the piece & score at 0.5" & 7". Fold the scoring lines & chop off the extra parts.

STEP-3
* For Baby Boy - I've taken two small pieces & adhered them on the base & made small pocket of size 3.25"x1" & made two Tags from the Tags available in the Paper Pack, & adhered paper sentiment of  Best Wishes from Double Sided Tape.

* For Baby Girl - I've tried giving layers, pasted pink cardstock on the base & on the top I've adhered the pattern paper. Decorated the envelope with a bow & paper sentiment of Congratulations. I've made the Bow from We R Punch Board, & if you don't have the Punch Board you can make a Bow from a ribbon also.

Papericious May Guest Designer | Neha Bhatt | Part 2

Hello, crafty friends!
I am thrilled to be back again on the blog to share some more ideas and projects by our Guest Designer for the month of May - Neha Bhatt! Neha is a super talented designer and cardmaker whose projects always have such an edge to them. She is someone who surely doesn't need any introduction - Her work speaks for herself! :)

We couldn't be more happier to have her as a Guest Designer on our blog today. Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Neha!

Hello friends,
I am Neha here. This is first time for me on Papericious blog. I love their papers but they are mostly available in 12" x 12” so being a card designer, they are difficult to design with. I specifically like their Gilded Onyx and Bliss Paper Packs. I was eagerly waiting for Gilded Onyx papers in 6x6 inches. I don’t have words to describe the beauty of these papers. The colors are amazing, foiling is superb and they are super sturdy. I am sharing few projects using both the packs. Both papers go so well together.

6 Note-Cards with Envelopes in a Box

These are pretty easy cards to put together and they look gorgeous. They are 5.5"x3". There is no message which allows you to use it for any occasion. Thick paper allows you to make simple but sturdy box. Box topper is made with Abstract Chippis which was colored with Golden Acrylic Paint.

Bookmarks (Ink Blending on Foiled Paper)

They are 2"x6" bookmarks. For the back, I have used this white foiled paper from Gilded Onyx Pack. I have used various altenew inks for ink blending for vibrant colors. I tried with Oxides, but they were coating the the foiled part giving very dull look. For the fron I used matching plain cardstock for stamping.

Tag (Stamping on Foiled CS)

I tried stamping on text pattern paper and I am amazed. It looks divine with the foiled pattern showing through solid stamping.

I recommend using solid stamps and dye inks for this technique.

Card (Heat Embossing on Foiled Paper)

I have used patterned papers from the Gilded Onyx Pack on this card.

Once again I used solid stamp to emboss the images with Metallic Embossing Powders. It was hard to capture the sparkling beauty of foil and embossing. For colored embossing, you can try Distress Oxides for stamping and emboss it with Clear Embossing Powder.

That is all for today! I hope you like my creations. Thank you, Hussena and Aastha for this wonderful opportunity. I totally enjoy playing with these papers. Hugs!
