Here are Mi-mi and Ethan after decorating their annual gum ball tree....although there weren't many left by the end of our visit!Kevin and I were able to celebrate our 9th anniversary (a little late) with a trip to the Grove Park Inn and a visit to the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC. It's always even more fun when you know you have free babysitters.
We are so thankful to God for all the many blessings he has bestowed upon our family this year. Here are just a few that come to my mind:
For our house NOT selling- so that I can appreciate what we have and realize that a family of 4 can live in a house with one bathroom. I have the clear understanding that joy does not come from what we have.
For my wonderful husband: He is so loving and patient even with the crazy work schedule he has been keeping lately. He is still the love of my life!
For my sweet boys: I love them so --they teach me more than I will ever be able to teach them. Cool that God's plan includes their specific personalities in my life--I can't imagine it without them.
That God has a purpose in each situation of my life and that all things are working for my good (Romans 8:28).
