p, m, m, a, & p2

My favorite part of buying this house is what I had planned for the kitchen. After a long weekend and a LOT of work Patrick and I finished it! Since none of this could be done with a little Maya running around, we had to wait till she was in bed-so for three nights we worked from about 9pm-3am to get it done. It's been completed for about two weeks now and since then have just been enjoying it. We have one more little touch to add-an old old Michigan map that we bought on ebay-but we have to special order a frame for it so that will be a little bit. Anyway... here are some pictures!

Fourth of July weekend Patrick got to see Maya playing on the beach for the first time-we had tons of fun and she LOVED it-which wasn't the case last year!
