How addicted to the Internet are you?

Sue posted this on her blog - I think Rick would beg to differ as well

You Are 63% Addicted to the Internet

In your opinion, life without the internet is hardly worth living.Could be, but you probably need a bit more fresh air and sunshine to think clearly.

June Update

Once again it's been 3 weeks since I've last updated. Nothing really new going on, just more of the same. Total loss is 14.6 pounds as of 6/21/07 with AF overdue ANY time now. Only 9.2 more pounds until I hit my first 10% loss.

Weight - I'm bouncing around the same few pounds, not making any real headway. It doesn't help that I'm just feeling HUNGRY all the time and give in by eating crap.

Work - Still swamped. And it's not much better since the kids are out of school and I don't get into the office until 11am (instead of 8:30-9am). That's a good 2 hours of productivity LOST every day.

Home - still a disaster. This morning I picked a corner and threw away a garbage bag of paper (which I will dump into one of the local school's paper recycling dumpsters - our school didn't generate enough revenue and they took ours away!) That's one small victory.

Kids - Out of school for the summer! I've requested library cards online so I'm thinking Monday or Tuesday we'll trek out to the library for the first time since we moved here (which was almost 8 years ago). Kids love their webkinz and are plotting ways for me to buy them more. They're nuts ;)

So, that's life in a nutshell. Thanks for reading.

June?!?!?!?

Ok, when in the world did it become June? That means the kids are only in school for less than 2 weeks.

AKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK

Breathe in and out.....

With the PTO there is still so much to do and not a whole lot of time to do it. We've got fundraiser money to get accounted and deposited. The end of year party is Friday (we're having a fun fest with moonwalks, rock climb, popcorn, cotton candy etc...). There are a lot of events happening at the end of the year that need payment (and as Treasurer, I have to do it).

Work is just crazy busy. I'm involved in 2 HUGE projects (not quite sure how that happened) with the grand opening of the first project being June 22nd. There is just a ton of work to be done for me to have my part DONE and quite honestly, it's getting scary. The other is an ongoing project that lasts from April-August. Things have not been going smoothly this year (we've been with this client for 12 years now) and that is stressing me out a bit. Besides the two major projects, people come to interrupt me all day long to "do this and do that". Bah!

My house is a disaster area. Luckily nobody comes over. Otherwise it would be a total huge embarrassment.

Ok, off the computer (and let the kids play Webkinz again) and try to get something done before I have to start dinner. Wish me luck! Maybe I should take the ~V~ approach and make a checklist and keep up with it. Of course, the list would be huge and frightening.
