Whoa May!

Well, here we are, May 26th. Where the HECK has May gone?  Well... okay, I guess I know where it's gone.
Week One:   Luke's FINAL finals week.  While he spent ridiculous amounts of time working on his final projects, he thankfully had a little time to squeeze in and help me load our trailer with our belongings.
[Here we have Luke and Heber working on their project... and Mini-Me who needed a laptop out just like Daddy!]

At the end of that whirl wind week we were finally blessed to celebrate the past 6.5 years of grueling hard work and sacrifices as we honored Luke at his Graduate School Graduation.  He is AMAZING and we are  so very proud of him.
Friday morning we prepared for the Commencement ceremony, and for our Parent's visit.  They arrived, we ate lunch, and then headed up to the Spectrum. (USU's Stadium)
It was an.... um... LONG ceremony.  But, that being said, it was a great joy to watch him be hooded and take that final walk across the platform as he received his diploma ..cover.

After the ceremony we bid farewell to my dad, as he had obligations on Saturday, then we went out to Texas Roadhouse for dinner.  We were so glad we could have Luke's parent's and my mom stay over night with us. It was so fun.

Saturday was yard work day.. and it's a good thing because of the constant rain the next few days. It was great to have a chance to have nice weather and get our yard looking great so we can sell our house.

Sunday was Mother's Day.  It was also our last Sunday in our ward before our move.  It was also the first time I ever spoke in Sacrament meeting in our ward.  As soon as I finished my talk I had to help the Primary kids sing for their Mother's.
By the time church ended all we wanted to do was warm up all our restaurant left-overs and relax.
glad I got to spend another mother's day with  my mama. (feel kinda bad- due to graduations, plays, etc. we have hoarded the Wombat on Mother's day. Sorry Siblings!)
Luke and my girlies gave me a beautiful necklace with a bead with bees on it to represent utah (Utah State) from Luke and 2 pink beads which the girl's picked out. Thanks family! you are the BEST!

After a chill-out Sunday it got pretty busy!
Monday:  pack up the rest of the house
Tuesday: Make the house all sparkly and clean.
Wednesday:  Luke started his VERY FIRST JOB in his CAREER! yay Sunstone Engineering! Boo not being able to live in Payson yet.

Since then we've been bunking out at the Frandsen household.  Luke has ended up staying in Spanish Fork with our friends, Blake and Chantel's, house twice a week to save on gas $.  And that stinks. Although we enjoy it here with family, we can't wait to get out of transition and into real life again!

Easter 2011

So weird. I posted this the other night and it apparently unposted.. hmmm
Well either way, here's our Easter stuff. Stay tuned..... someday when I get more settled into Life in Price I will post about EASTER DAY, GRADUATION etc etc etc
So stay tuned :)

We had SO much fun camping. Even if it was only for one night.

We headed down Friday evening and got out to the campsite just as it was getting dark. We got to stay in my parent's bran new trailer which was fun--- until the kids woke up LITERALLY at the crack of dawn. Ah well, camping had never meant sleeping well : )

The day was filled with dirt, more dirt, food, more food, and lots and lots of fun with our family and friends.
 They loved their rides!
And their cousin time
 Easter Egg Coloring
.  That crazy Easter Bunny always seems to know when the children are away from camp. Weird.
Uncle Jason had taken them on a walk... but when word of the E.B. reached them they were all eager to get home quicker. It was funny seeing all those kids rolling up in the Rhino together
The Goods
Adelia had momentary interest in the kaleidoscope. Then all attention was directed to CHOCOLATE. And chocolate only :)
Time for the EGG HUNT: I bet there were well over 200 eggs hiding in the rocks and trees surrounding our camp.
Perfect place for hiding eggs? I think so!

The Easter Bunny left a picture of Christ in an egg. Even he wanted her to remember what the REAL purpose of Easter is.
