Thanks for all your valuable input advising me on which photo to use, haha.. Thank you Thank you :)
i actually used number 2 for the first few ones i sent out cos i think i want to look approachable and nice.. but after heeding most advice, i changed to number 3 instead, haha.
Jayen also opted for number 3 as he feels that i shouldn't look too nice cos later they will bully me one :(

how to act? i'm naturally very nice one leh, wahahha~ sorry ar, i know i go one big round to self-praise, heh..
But seems like in the real world, when you are too nice, people take advantage of you :(

This afternoon, jayen and i went to HDB for our appointment to sign the lease, together with his parents, hehe
His parents will be staying in a studio apartment which would be connected to our 4-room loft unit in the future, yay! :) Like this, we can take care of them and at the same time, have our own personal space too :)
Love the new Multi-Generation Living Scheme by HDB!! It's the best of both worlds :)
The flat would take 3-4 years to reach its completion date though....
9 months ago, we were here to select our units.
Now, it's time to pay the 5% deposit, heh...
we have waited soooooo long!
Jayen was very, very happy and touched (after all the obstacles we have overcome) that we can finally have the chance to sign the lease. He was all teary during dinner yesterday. i wasnt kidding! haha!

I have been procrastinating for the longest time in taking a proper photo for my resume.
I dont know how long my job-hunting would take me, but if i do not start now, it would definitely get longer -_-
Sending out my first resume this afternoon took me alot of guts (and time to press the "Send" button)
I know, i know... i'm such a scaredy cat :(
Yesterday, i asked daddy to help me take a passport size photo, heee..
My blazer and blouse doesnt match.. but whatever, haha.. and also, i'm wearing my cotton-on shorts below :p
Dad was so professional, heh.. He fixed the light, took out the reflector and tripod.
But i asked him too late when the day almost drew to a close, so there was not enough daylight to take nice photos :(
He used our lamp.. but it wasnt bright enough also :(

I wanted to use a slightly-to-the side profile (#1 and 3), but i look so FATTY face! :( that i decided on the frontal view instead.

Celebrated Christmas eve with jayen yesterday. We didn't really plan to go or do something special, but just the usual kind of dates we always had.
Went shopping at Bugis, Popular at BrasBasah (haha) and walked past Jack's Place. Decided to go in for their Christmas eve set-meal since it is a special day. Must pamper ourselves for a nice meal to celebrate our savior's birth! haha... Yay!!

I made a mini angel pop-up card for Jayen, and he thought i bought it, haha
When he opened the card, he was like, "Aey? wah, thank you!" and then closed it!! I had to tell him to open it again to look at it for a longer time cos i painstakingly made it lor! How can see 2 seconds only? heh...
i realised we are beginning to look very much like each other, wahaha~ (maybe it's our smile.. hmmm)

I had a fruitful day today! YAY, hahaa..
not exactly fruitful, should be productive, heee.. though i did not work the whole of today, i spent it writing my resume. It's nicely done up now, yay! Now i need to take a proper photo for it and then, i can start sending it out :)
Bought this from DAISO yesterday.
It's the usual sewing kit again, haha.. i know i know, i can't stop buying all these stuff...
After my "Cake", "Donuts" and "Sushi" masterpieces, it's high time for something new (and not so tedious!) heh..
I'm gonna make a tart!!! :p Before you say it's boliao to sew something and not knowing what to do with it, IT IS A FRIDGE MAGNET!!!! wahahahah~(actually i didnt know until i went home and opened it up! I was darn happy!)
The instructions inside were so clear! hehe
This is crazy.. Mad difficult to pull the thread to secure cotton and paper inside while trying to tie a knot!

The second place after KL was Bukit Tinggi, also known as 法国村 (French Village).
I think this existed very long ago (my aunt was telling everybody that she was here 10 years ago, hehe.. and can see she loves this place super alot, haha)
The two sides of this stretch of road are erected with quaint buildings (French style? i dont know). They're supposed to make you feel like you're in France or something, haha.. but hor, i dont have that fewling lehh
maybe cos there were alot of.... ..... erm, never mind
The checking-in was horribly long!!!!! Guess what time we were allowed to go into our hotel rooms?
7pm!!! 7 freaking PM! :(
wait and wait..
and wait..
we decided to rent another wheelchair for grandma and took the time to walk around first :)

The only thing i liked about this place is...
the cooling weather up here, haha
The clouds are so near. But not as near as when u're on Cameron Highlands.
Saw this game stall where you can 'catch' rubber duckies that each has a number below its rubber body. 0 means you dont win any prize. 1 means can get a small prize, 2 = medium prize and 3 wins you a (VERY) large soft toy.
One girl there managed to hook a rubber duckie up! All of us applauded for her, but when the man in-charge said she didn't win any prize (cos the number below the duck says 0), we uttered a sound of disappointment in unison, haha!
We were thinking, must be all the ducks there are 0 lor!
Think the man was scared that his business would be affected, so he quickly showed us that there are actually ducks in there with the number "3"..
but still, hmmmm
dad caught all of us being kaypo and looking skeptical! Wahaha~
This is the EXTREMELY GIGANTIC prize, haha! A bear that is bigger than me, hur hur hur...
Aunt also asked kaya to pose with the bear, but instead, this was what she gave us!!
haha! obscene!
Dad was helping grandaunt take a photo when she suddenly struck out this pose! haha
This pose made her look younger by 10 years haha! so we all also tried to pose the same way, keke
My parents too look younger by 10 years!! ahaha
and uncle came up with this!

Next was Bailin with grandma! Grandma looks so happy here, hehe!

Woke up at 7am and had breakfast. Love the buffet!
We ventured out to the park after breakfast..
Look at all the feathers the swan has shed! heee... i can collect them and put them in my pillow, hur hur hur...

At 9.30am, we took the first shuttle bus to the Rabbit Park :D
There were soooo many cute rabbits!!!!! omg
and the best thing was, we could touch them!!!!
And then my mom had to be the party pooper. She said, "DONT GO AND TOUCH AR! GOT VIRUS, BIRD FLU....!!!"
i didnt care. i quickly ran off to touch them liao, hehe
This was my favourite!!!! :D It looks like a soft toy. i wan to smuggle it home....

The gardener came over with a sack of greens and passed it to us. He said we could feed the donkeys and deers! Woohoo~

The spotted deers are soooo adorable!

We did not have enough time to visit the Japanese Tea Garden cos we had to check out at 12pm :( and the shuttle bus service sucks :( They only come at half an hour intervals.. plus u have to take the shuttle back to the hotel first before you can wait for another one to bring you to the tea garden :(
So we ended up playing in the arcade to pass time
cousins had a game of basketball, hehe
At around 12.15pm, we took the coach back to Times Square for yet another coach to bring us back to Singapore. Our driver was really nice, he brought us to have our lunch at a Hainanese Chicken rice stall which he said sells very tasty chicken rice.
We had some time left at Times Square which we did some last minute shopping
kaya bought a mini orange christmas tree for her bedroom! So cute!
she looks darn happy with her buy, haha!
