October 2013
We had a full and fun October including Easton's 4th birthday, a visit from Grana & Grandad, football watching, Halloween parties, lots of wildlife sightings, hikes, basketball, and some beautiful Fall days! Littlest brother (who remains nameless) got an A+ on his first test---the 20 week ultrasound looked good!
One very special event that took place this month was the end to a 4-year longhabit tradition of Easton's thumb-sucking. He decided that since he turned 4, he should stop sucking his thumb. The whole family painted the magic potion on our nails and we have had no thumb sucking in over 2 weeks! We are proud of his self-control!

Baby Blue, Blue Jays, & Belts in Karate!
Life is full of great things and my our busy-ness has left blogging at the bottom of the list! We had a wonderful summer including summer camps, SonWest Round-up VBS, Wisconsin trip to see family, Texas trip to see family, swimming, friends and even started some karate lessons in our spare time.
Recent news includes:
- Parker starting Kindergarten at Shining Stars and loving it!
- Easton back to preschool at Right Start and started at Shining Stars too.
- Both boys playing Fall soccer and scoring lots of goals.
- Announced that we are having another baby and found out its a BOY!
- Just got promoted to the yellow-stripe belt at Bobby Lawrence Karate.
- Enjoying friends & family time and the beautiful Fall weather in Park City.

Soccer & Celebrations!
Easton is excited to have his first soccer experience with Smart Start Soccer! He told me he has to practice so he can get a treat from Coach Cole. =) Parker is kicking away as the Ron Burgundy Bullet Soccer Team. (only the parents get the Ron part...and its funny to hear the kids say it!) Its awesome to finally enjoy some beautiful sunny weather every Saturday!
We also got to welcome a beautiful, baby girl into the larger Jones family. Andy and Caroline (Pete's older sister) gave birth to Anna Cynthia on May 11th! She's a cutie and we can't wait to meet her! Happy Mother's Day to Caroline and all the other mom's in my life!

must catch up...
Exhausted in a good way from the month of April. Included several fun adventures.. 1400 mile road trip (each way) to Texas, seeing family and friends along the way, NYC with two of my favorite people, Pete & boys camping in Moab and ending with a lovely mother's day luncheon at Shining Stars Preschool! Whew...I'm tired.
