Here are the before and afters of our fireplace. I absolutely love how it turned out. Poor Moses doesn't like seeing his reflection though!

So I guess it is tradition to have our family photo with Santa at Petsmart. What are the odds that we would have the same Asian Santa as last year? Too bad they didn't stand back far enough.

So it took us 86 days to get this far. I love sleeping in our new bedroom. Here is my dining room light fixture. I love how it turned out. Now I just have to decide where to hang all the artwork.

Guess what? My floors are done! What's left you ask? We need to put the doors back on and, tile the fireplace, move the furniture in and decorate. Then we can get going on the kitchen and bathroom!

Today is my father's birthday! He has many names...Chris, C-Diddy, C-Pac, LudaChris, Pops, but I am lucky he is my Dad. Love you. Other good news, today I am putting the varnish on our floors! I am so excited!!!!!! That means we can move in furniture this weekend. Pictures coming soon.

We have been in our new house for 75 days and the master bedroom is so close to being done, actually the upstairs is really close to being done! Isn't the new lighting and paint fabulous! (Husband thinks the paint is green, but it's Monks Cloth Brown.) The blinds should be hung tomorrow, a new light switch needs to be installed and the varnish needs to be put on the floors. I can't wait to decorate!

This grouchy boy is ready for the big game! So is Phillup...he's been at the stadium since 6 am! Go UTES!

Lots has been going on lately...all the baseboard is up, all the walls are painted, windows are being installed tomorrow, floors are sanded, tile has been purchased, countertops are on their way...and we are exhausted! But we are so close to being done!

Here is a sneak peek of my dining room paint! Acorn Spice is not exactly Bengals Orange...but the husband loves it! Hopefully I don't come home to some black stripes!

Moses has had a hard time with dog beds. His first one lasted a couple months. Then he realized there was a zipper on it that would be fun to shred. When he got it open he peed on the insides. His second bed did not come with a zipper on it so I was fairly optimistic that it would last. Nope, two weeks later something happened to it and he decided to pee on it, for no apparent reason. A few months have gone by and he has only had a blanket. Then today my mom made him this cute bed. I brought it home and he loved it! A half hour later...he peed on it. What is the deal? It is currently in the wash machine. Do I dare give it another go?

I need your help...I want this chandelier and cannot find it. Currently it is in the Better Homes and Gardens Halloween magazine on page 22. I searched all night online looking for it. Who knows where to find it?

Here is something to make me happy. A mustard yellow door. This is the before and after. Many more to come. Lots of progress is being made. Currently I have a roto rooter guy here, trying to unclog all my drains! Love not being able to shower or go to the bathroom! New windows are being installed this week, the floor is being patched, all walls are sanded and almost ready for paint, and maybe we can sand the floors soon. Lots is happening in the Bardsley house (and I haven't even freaked out yet from all the dust and debris)!

Husband's softball team just went undefeated!

Well, we are all moved and the remodeling has begun. I can officially say that I have never been so tired before in my life. But, we love it here. Lots of wallpaper has been stripped, the master bathroom is all gutted, and new appliances are being delivered this week! All the before pictures will come soon, until then, here are a few last ones from the condo. AND I can't thank everyone enough who has helped with all the work!!!
