ALOHA VALENTINES BOX

Ashlynn comes home from school one day and tells me all about the Valentines box she is going to make.  I do NOT love making Valentine boxes.  I tell her we will go get an Ice cream and buy one of those kits from target.  The next thing I know she is walking down the street carrying this enormous box.
She had seen this idea somewhere and this was the box for her!!!
As usual, she won the battle and we made the box.  I ask her where she got the box and she said it was just sitting on the side of the road, as if it had been placed in that spot just for her:).

It was the biggest box ever and she loved it.
Happy Valentines day!
Riley sent her this hat from Peru. I think she wore it every night for a week.
I love this picture!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LITTLE MISS ASHLYNN

Ashlynn turned 9 on JANUARY 28th

She is such a fun age.
I say that with her at every age,
She loves legos.

Puppies are her favorite
Alyssa her oldest sister took her on a date to Perkins
right before her mission, since it has been her favorite.

Funny girls!
After Perkins we went to see "A dogs purpose" at Ashlynn's request.
I am sure when she gets older, she will have hundreds of dogs just to heal the pain of not having one as a child:). In March JD took Paige back to the ARL while I was in Colorado. Yes, we are terrible parents!!
Laughing is Ashlynn's  favorite, she is full of personality, stubborn as they come, and although her
"I CAN DO WHAT I WANT"
mentality can be tough on mom sometimes, I know that strong will and stubbornness will bless her in life.  Ashlynn has very tender feelings, she is very aware of how others feel about her.  She loves to craft, be social, learn new things, above all Ashlynn LOVES to sing at the top of her lungs,  all day, every day.
Her teachers have not appreciated this love of hers.  Primarily because she can't seem to make it stop even during class... LOL
She sings as she goes to bed pretty much every night.  I love to listen to her, her brothers do not appreciate it as much.  They are usually yelling from bed, "Ash go to sleep." I think they secretly love it, they just won't admit it LOL.
She brings so much happiness and life to our home.
 Love her to bits!
