Sunny Saturday!!!

We did a lot of yard work today, Getting ready for our pool to be put in. So here is a picture of my Husband digging where the pool is going to be. The company we ordered it from said they will be putting it in by the end of May. If you click on this picture you will see a Brick building this building used to be at one time a Water treatment plant at least 15-20 years ago. this is actually in out back yard. I don't go in it. it is rather creepy inside. it has all the pumps and machines in it. and it has a grated floor that allows you to look way down to a water holding tank. anyway we use it for storage. On the building I wrote~ I LOVE BRAD~ I wrote this 2 years ago with sidewalk chalk with my children. everything else we wrote on that disappeared through out the years but the ~ I LOVE BRAD~ still remains as if I just wrote it today. This means something! Something Good

Anyway here are a few picture of what the 4 legged kids were up to today.....

Hey Mom are you going to feed me or do I have to sit here and Look pretty? Yes this is what she was really trying to tell me...This was such a rush rush morning. I got up around 6 am and fed Belle right away..she likes her breakfast first thing! I got the girls up for school got my first daughter off to school at 7:15 ( this seems so early for school to start the bell rings at 7:30 am. then I came back home and finished getting my youngest ready for school, packed her lunch bag and homework together yadda yadda yadda ( mind you Willow is still sound asleep under the bed covers) I finish tinkering around then leave to bring my daughter to school at 8:15 her bell rings at 8:20am. I go to Dunkin Donuts for my morning coffee ( this is how I regain my sanity each morning) anyhow I run to my In-Laws to do some Bookkeeping ( this is also where I work) I finally get done at 11:00 am go pick my Hubby up for Lunch and get back home at 12:30 I pull in the driveway and I see Willow in her bed looking out the window and she jumped down to greet me at the door then runs to her Food Drawer......I was like OMG! I never fed Willow this morning! I totally forgot because she was still asleep under the covers when I left this morning. I did however remember to leave her her 2 Bye bye treats on her bed for when she woke up.......I felt awful Poor Willow must of been so sad to walk up to her empty dish this morning. :o(

Yup she does look like she is pretty sad and hungry in this picture...........

I think she just told Belle about how I forgot about her this morning ......

Okay....I never really got into the Potty routine thing with Willow. Since she has been a Puppy we have 2 Potty places for her to go..Usually she goes #1 near the Brooke we have out back ( hummmm maybe it is the trickling of the water flowing through that makes her have to pee? ) and then she usually goes #2 behind our Garage . the thing that irritates me is she will PACE back and forth back and forth back and forth then will sniff around do a few circles then stop...pace back and forth back and forth back and forth again...over and over again. It takes her FOREVER in a Day to go potty! I mean sometimes this will go on for 15 min.or more she has always been like this. and it seems like she knows when the weather is bad because these are the days she takes even longer to go...(like I really enjoy standing out in the rain or snow storm or 10 below zero degrees Willow! ) I used to bring Belle to go out with her at the same time but now I stopped because Belle is starting to pick it up...I caught her doing the pace thing too! so now Belle has her own Potty time hoping she will just know to go with out finding the perfect spot like Willow.... I can't wait to have our fenced in yard so I can just send her out to do her business. she is pretty high maintenance for this potty thing so I think the fenced in yard will be helpful. So please tell me is there anyone else that goes through this same routine?

What a great watch Pug I have!

I had a busy morning so the pug Kids had to fend for themselves this morning. The Funeral home is busy so I spent most of my time there all morning. then did a lil grocery shopping. Belle made it with out any accidents.. Yeah Yipee! ( I have her gated off in the Kitchen still) and Willow was sound asleep in her Window Bed. ( her bed is placed in our front window) she never woke up I pulled in the driveway. I noticed she didn't raise her head .....I walked in the door Still she Never raised her head... I am like OMG looking for her to breath! I noticed her belly breathing so PHEWWW....I greeted Belle who was tickled to see me her tail was wagging so fast she lost her balance. I looked back at Willow...OMG still sleeping. I am thinking to myself...what a great watch Pug I have! I walked over to Willow gave her a Luv Rub and she finally woke up! she was squinting and trying to focus on my face . so cute...she must of been in a very deep sleep. or a very good Pug Dream. any way here is a picture of her as she was sound asleep.....(notice my date is wrong on the picture..for some reason it is delayed a day....)

Make sure to Give My 4 Legged Friend Daisy May a Birthday wish on my last post. she missed her Mom and Dad all last week while they were on a Carnival Cruise. when her Mom and Dad went to the Kennel where she was being boarded they found she wasn't being treated nicely. She is happy to be back home with her Mom and Dad. so Please stop and Meet my good Friend Daisy..she need a lil cheering up!

Willlow and her MYSTERY skin..........

Is this normal????????

I swear she is clean! I just gave her a bath and what ever is making her skin look dirty is beyond me................

I am noticing her underbelly and her legs are getting rather dark in coloring almost dark Gray color. I wonder if it has something to do with all her skin allergies or if this is something that happens to their skin with age. She will be 2 this fall . Is there anyone out there who's pugs skin changed in color? it looks as if she has dirty skin. on her arm pit area there are creases of normal pigment ....strange. So if anyone out there has seen this or if they know if this is normal let me know. I am starting to be one of these hypochondriac Pug owners.

Home at last.......

The girls rolled in the Door at 1:45 am this morning after a long flight home from a wonderful vacation in Florida with their Grandmother they has the best time staying at the www.nickhotel.com . After hearing of such a great time we are thinking of maybe doing this with them on our next vacation. My youngest is happy to be home with me again as you saw in my post on the day they left she was not happy with the idea of me not going this time. As for my oldest daughter she slept until 2 o'clock this afternoon and made plans with her cousin and best Friend ( who also was in Florida at the same time) as soon as she got up. goes to show you she really missed me huh? ehh she is going to be 13 soon so it's to be expected I guess..and now I just dropped her and her friends off at the movies so now I know she really missed me! So much she takes my money and makes plans that doesn't include me...LOL Although she did think of us she brought home a large PUG stuffed animal for Willow and Belle, she got my husband a Key Ring. My youngest got me a Magnet and my Husband a T-shirt and her best friend and teacher a key Ring. They were so happy to present us with their gifts they bought for us...............

Okay I will save the best for last........Guess what this is???????? this is something my oldest daughter brought home for ME! are you ready for this???? for some reason she thought I would enjoy snacking on edible Crickets...Sour Cream and Onion crickets..she bought for herself Cheddar Cheese Warm Larva! What on Earth??? why would anyone want to consume such food? GROSS! anyway ya.... it is real food that you can eat...( Not me No way!) she went to Fear Factor at Universal Studios http://themeparks.universalstudios.com/hollywood/website/attr_ffl.htmland thought it would be funny to bring home to me...you notice I didn't take a picture of the Worm Larva ..that is because she and her cousin wanted to bring it to the movies....hummmmm I wonder if that was a bad idea for me to allow them to bring that there....I feel a little fear factor going on at our local movie theater . Playing a prank on her friends....anyway besides the prank gift they both had a fabo time. my mother in law said anyone with Grand kids or children this is the place to go..not Fear factor but the www.nickhotel.com . Hopefully will be able to experience this soon.

Pug Play

Willow and Belle have been rough housing most of the day.....getting all their built up Pug energy out. as I was cleaning out the closets I noticed nothing but PURE silence this usually happens when they are up to something they shouldn't be doing such as getting into the garbage..holding the cat hostage yadda yadda yadda....so I go to check to see what they are up to ..........this is where I found them .......Watching Chinchilla TV. . They pushed open the door to where the Chinchillas are in and sat and watch with Pure amazement. I think they really were hoping for one of them to come out so they could play them. My daughters named one Chilly and the other is Go-Go.

Here is Lil Belle.she is a tiny lil thing. our last vet visit she was 4lb 4oz She has another app. coming up on May 1st. I am curious to see what she weighs then. Her vet said it is nothing to cause concern she is just going to be a tiny girl.

Empty Nest for a week

So far so good the kids being away from home is a bit strange but yet sooooooo relaxing and the best part is .............My house is sooooooooo clean! No toys scattered through-out the house, no toothpaste in the sink and fingerprints on the windows....and I can actually keep their bedroom doors open without hiding the mess! but you know what???? I miss the fingerprints and the toys around the house and the chaos we encounter during our days. So anyways seeing how we had no kids my Hubby and I decided to go out for dinner we went to www.sophieandzekes.com and then Home Depot and I bought a Green Machine..... When we came home the girls called they are have sooo much fun they are staying at the www.nickhotel.com and are having a fabulous time. by the looks of the web site.......I believe they are. Can I say Jealous! OMG I want to be there it looks like so much fun.

I think the girls are telling me that they want a Puggy Tubby........I found them both sitting in my daughters bathroom........or maybe they are looking to see where their human sisters are hiding, They aren't used of their human sisters being gone for so long.

Here is my youngest who was kicking back on my bed early this morning saying to me.......Yup I can see it now...in a few hours I will be relaxing with a smoothie in Florida. She woke up feeling good about leaving to Florida with out me then on our way to the airport it kicked in that we weren't going.....................

Our goodbye waves from Grammy ( my mother-in-law) my oldest daughter. Looks as if My youngest is too sad to wave godbye to us..........
Here we all are together before they left. My oldest was soooooooo excited but my youngest just was having a hard time with separation.....I know she will have the time of her life ...so know when she calls me the mean Mom and acts up. I know she truly loves me.

Anyway I mentioned in my last post that I was going to do a little retail therapy today..........DUH it is Easter and nothing was open Just the Cracker Barrel and we went there for Breakfast on the way home from the airport....so that's that I think I am going to shampoo the girls bedroom carpets today seeing how they arn't home for a few days. see my children are gone but a Mothers Job is never done.
