Okay I do admit the first few snow falls are so pretty and exciting....but when the first snow falls in October and all of November until now it gets to be a sickening sight. The weather-man just said we have had a little over 100 inches of snow this year already and the ski resorts are saying they will be open until late April for skiing. I can't believe I am posting these pictures but it will be my last of them for this year.

Today we drove past my In-Laws house. Tori took this picture to send to them to show them what their home looks like in the Winter all surrounded in snow....( they pretty much live in Florida during the winter months..( Lucky Ducks!)
Okay...just to give you an idea of just how much snow we have here in New Hampshire.....

Sorry for the lack of posts......I have just been in that Blogging rut again. I just can't bring myself to log on lately...It must be all this snow. we are in another snow storm right now the weather man said we could see 10-16 inches! I just went out in it to bring my daughters friend home and it is like a white out! you cant even see the road....I think I was the only fool to go out in it. I saw maybe 3 other cars in a 4 mile radius. it took me 40 minutes to bring her friend home when it usually takes me 10 minutes. The roads are horrible! Good thing the girls are on their winter break from school this week other wise they would have had another snow day which would not be good seeing how they have to make up the snow days at the end of the school year....so far we are into the the end of June for the last day...I have also heard that they may have to go on Saturdays to make up for the snow days if we have many more...( No Way!) at least Tori has got to go snowboarding all winter...she went all day today too...it is funny to think of all my southern Blogging friends are wearing shorts and flip flops! ( so jealous!!!) I bet Punchy is just as envious as me...I believe she is getting this snow storm too! Punchy...want us to stop in to pick up up on our way on vacation to Florida in 2 weeks?
anyway enough of this snow talk...it is sickening!

Well as I promised a week ago...Pictures of Turbo on his Big day! He turned 11 on Feb.20th....I went to the bakery and bought him a cake and I also bought him a new bed. he loves his bed and he will be going on vacation himself in 2 weeks to his Foster Mom's from the rescue while we are on vacation and now he can have a clean new bed to bring with him..... He LOVES his new bed!

The Pugs don;t go out much anymore due to all the snow. So they just sit here on the sofa and soak up the sun from inside.... They are waiting patiently for Turbo's Birthday cake.....
I only had 2 candles left so I put them side by side to make it look like #11

Why are Willow, Belle and Turbo celebrating?????? well....Tomorrow is Turbo's 11th Birthday!!!

Looks like Willow had too much Champagne! She is shut off for the rest of the evening!

Well, no one is really sure of when his real birthday is but his mama Laura and I have been keeping in contact ( His Mom before me who rescued him from his abusive life) She misses him dearly and checks in on him often....she had to move far away where Turbo would not of been happy....so February 20th is the day she adopted him and celebrated that as his Birthday so we decided we would carry on the tradition...then again on July 8th we will celebrate his retirement anniversary....because That is the day he came to live with us as to live out his golden years and has the best Pug retirement home ever! A friend of mine found these cute Dog treats at Pet-smart and picked some up for Willow,Belle and Turbo. They are little soft and chewy veggie treats. I thought Turbo would want the Celery......He really didn't show any interest in any of them at first....Willow checked them out and she really could care less....then she decided that she liked the celery one and took off under the table to chew on it....Belle took the carrot...( see her handicap steps?) she is still having a hard time walking on her leg....she can't jump and can't get onto the sofa with out assistance so I bought these to help her and she LOVES them! now she can come and go on the sofa as she pleases.....we call it her Handicap ramp.
once Belle and Turbo saw Willow under the table eating her celery.....
They thought it was okay to step in and try to take it.....
Willow is making it clear that she is the one who chose the celery and to back off!
So Turbo went back to his corn cob....and ate it all up!

But the snow has gotten the best of me! I am so sick and tired of this weather!!!!!!! we are getting maybe up to 10 inches through the night and into tomorrow. So If I haven't updated my blog in a few days...you may want to come shovel me out! Look!!! It is even snowing on my blog! enough already!!!

LAZY Sunday...as I write this I am still in my Jammie's....A good day to be in Jammie's. It has been snowing all day and I am so sick of it. I believe it should stop snowing the day after Christmas....I have shoveled the Deck 3 times this week....today's snow is so darn heavy and it sticks to the shovel....UGH I hate this time of year! so anyway.....for breakfast I made this.......


Not sure what the name is...I guess it is called "What is in my fridge egg bake"?

1* cut off the crust of 6 pieces of Bread and place on the bottom of baking dish
2* 6 eggs ( scramble with some milk ) sorry I can't tell you how much I just added it until I thought it was enough?
3* I added Broccoli, tomatoes, onion, and poured it over the bread.....
4* I also added cooked bacon and crumbled it all over the top
5* I sliced cheddar cheese and topped it......

I covered it and cooked it for 30 minutes took foil off and let it bake another 10 to make the cheese golden.......took it out and let it stand for 15 and..............

You have an egg bake? sorry the recipe is not all that great...It is just something I just threw together...

as I am preparing Breakfast....I hear Turbo all in a panic.....

Not sure how and why he did this? He love to burrow his head under the covers and he must of thought my vest was a cover and got his head stuck in the arm hole and panicked...one I got him calmed down I took these pictures quickly.

That was a little too much for him to handle...shortly after he fell sound asleep.


For Dinner we ordered Chinese........and I made myself a Pomegranate Martini............
